This store and its staff were amazing. Food was hot and fresh and delicious as well as correct, staff had a great attitude. I had previously been to the Charlie’s at the mall and the one on Orange blossom where my food was wrong and the staff thought it was a joke when they realized they made my sandwich wrong and threw cold cheese and bacon on after and thought it was funny.Parking: Parking lot was clean and soaciousKid-friendliness: I did not have my children but the staff was extremely courteous to the children that were there with their parents in front of me.Wheelchair accessibility: They had designated tables for wheelchairs

I don't know what happened over the last year, but Charley's all over the place have stopped adding seasoning to the meat when it is cooked. Maybe it's a salt concern, who knows? All I know is that when I go to get a cheesesteak, I have to come straight home and add some Montreal Steak seasoning to it because it literally tastes like nothing. I miss the days when Alejandro worked here because this location has dropped the ball ever since he's been gone. Not only with flavor, but with service as well. While the staff is polite, they no longer bring out Curbside orders and they also wait until you come in to prepare your lemonade, or have you get your own fountain drink in the back of the restaurant. I understand not having everything ready during busy times but when the staff is literally doing nothing.. They did just add Cajun fries to the menu and those were delicious! Our order was actually supposed to be Cajun boneless chicken wings, not Cajun fries, but it's good to know that is now an option. If only they'd season the meats like those Cajun fries..
