The food was great, but this is not the standard for Firehouse. The employees lack customer service a lot. Their attention to detail to keep items stock for the the self serve station is below par. I am not sure if I would go back again if I was on this side of town if I was craving Firehouse, or decide to wait until I was Altamonte Springs, where the customer service is more welcoming.
Your app has not been working for at least three weeks. Won't even let me enter my receipts. Please can you fix the app. I received a email saying the app wasn't working but should be fixed shortly. That was like three weeks ago and still not working

It is hard to believe that this is the first time I've ever tried a firehouse sub. Ordered a med Cajun spicy chicken sub. Apart from drowning with Cajun mayo, it was a very good sub.
