i love the food as always. I called several times to change my pick up time, which has never been a problem before. This location sent me to voicemail and then picked up the phone and didn't say anything while i heard them talking in the background. I was disappointed to say the least. i just wanted my food to be fresh when i picked it up.
8/24/2023It was lunch time so it was very busy. I understood that they had to zip everyone through but it made me feel rushed and like they couldn't pay attention. Not the employees fault but still a little frustrating. The sandwich was good. So I'm sure I'll go back, just will order ahead next time.

3 stars for Jersey Mikes! Not because of the service, service was great!This was my first time ever going to a Jersey Mikes and I love a nice toasted sub and they don't toast the subs here? And for half a sub is $10.25?Totally not worth it, I could have made something like this at home. I won't be coming back. The store was very clean and orderly though.Just not the place for me!
