Firehouse Subs Red Bug is a restaurant with a mixed reputation. While the food is typically excellent, some customers have experienced issues such as improperly toasted bread, tough and fatty meat, and lukewarm or questionable chili. The service can also be inconsistent, with some employees needing more training in professionalism and customer service. However, the restaurant is still considered a great place for a quality sandwich.
