We have been a longtime fan of Chipotle. Recently my son and I had a visit to this location in our neighborhood and the two of us ordered the same favorite items for lunch. The quality of food was very disappointing. The mild salsa was poorly prepared. I had the vegetarian bowl and my son ordered the chicken bowl. The quality of the food was way below standards. Food quality has gone down. Pico de gallo was half white and yellow instead of vibrant red, looked like cucumbers and yellow peppers instead of tomatoes. Something tasted sour, not sure what. Store was almost empty during lunch hour. Staff looked like they would rather be somewhere else (can't blame them). Portions were good, chicken/beans/rice were good. My burrito was a nasty sloppy gushy mess. The person that wrapped this clearly has never seen an actual burrito or understands how it works. Had to just dump it into a bowl like a common animal. Unacceptable, back to burrito school for you!
