My burrito was a nasty sloppy gushy mess. The person that wrapped this clearly has never seen an actual burrito or understands how it works. Had to just dump it into a bowl like a common animal. Unacceptable, back to burrito school for you!

We have been a longtime fan of Chipotle. Recently my son and I had a visit to this location in our neighborhood and the two of us ordered the same favorite items for lunch. The quality of food was very disappointing. The mild salsa was poorly prepared. I had the vegetarian bowl and my son ordered the chicken bowl. The quality of the food was way below standards. Plus the service was poor. The employees might as well been robots! Maybe that explains why during lunch hour there were hardly anybody there. This Chipotle location is not what it used to be, for sure. I hope they improve, otherwise, they will face the same destiny as the Panera Bread did around the corner.

Nexus Four

Food quality has gone down. Pico de gallo was half white and yellow instead of vibrant red, looked like cucumbers and yellow peppers instead of tomatoes. Something tasted sour, not sure what. Store was almost empty during lunch hour. Staff looked like they would rather be somewhere else (can't blame them). Portions were good, chicken/beans/rice were good. Sad because this location used to be better; I was wondering why my parents don't eat at Chipotle anymore. Will pursue other "healthy" options in the area if this is Chipotle's new standard.

"THIS PLACE HATES MOTORCYCLISTS"CAME IN YESTERDAY. MY SMALL 125 MOTORCYCLE WAS PARKED ON THE CURB NEXT TO A PILLAR. AN EMPLOYEE NOT MANAGER APPROCHED ME TO TELL ME THE SHOPPING CENTER HAD AN ISSUE WITH MY MOTORCYCLE BEING PARKED. I CONTACTED THE SHOPING CENTER OWNERSHIP TO VERIFY THIS, THEY NEVER HEARD ANYTHING ABOUT IT. MEANWHILE THEY HAVE A BULLDOZER PARKED ON THE CURB NEXT TO CHIPOLTE DOING CONSTRUCTION.THE MANAGER IS A COWARD....

Horrible experience. We placed an order for delivery and it was cancelled by the store after waiting for over 40 minutes. The message tells you to contact the store but when we tried to call all we get is an AI robot who couldn’t tell us why the order was cancelled and would not connect us to the store. Will never do business with this Chipotle again.

The portion sizes at this location are pathetic. Consistently pathetic. There’s only one or two workers that will give you what you’re paying for. Employees here will skimp you on rice SO HARD when it’s probably the cheapest ingredient next to the tortillas. One time I asked for double rice and I was given less than a single portion. I don’t know whether the portion sizes are by manager or employee discretion, but regardless, I ain’t coming back. Other locations consistently do it better. The only reason I frequently visit this location is because it’s close to work.

Missing 2 ingredients I asked for. Put in 3 ingredients I didn’t ask for. 1 ingredient, the beans were the wrong kind. 1st time ordering, will never order from there again!

To start off, we ordered a take out meal through the app. Three tacos were missing, which happens, but we went back to the restaurant with just the receipt. Now, this was ordered for a business for 5 people including 3 mechanics, so it was their lunch time so wasn't bringing back everything we ordered. Walked up to the lady at the front and she states "they did their job right, you can't just come back with an empty bag and expect it fixed." Well, after some time of going through a back and forth, she states they have to go over the camera footage. After a good 10 minutes, she finally comes back out to say they did forget the tacos by mixing up with the other order tacos. So after 30 minutes finally got those missing tacos.

Our online order was made completely wrong. After getting home and opening our bowls to see they were made completely wrong is very frustrating. I called customer service and they did not help at all. I asked if I could just go back in and show them the bowls and get my bowls remade and they told me that the people in the store won't help me. I'm highly disappointed.
