Let me start with the crab rangoon fritters with mozzarella. They were everything I thought they would be, ooey gooey with a perfect mozzarella and crab filling ratio. For rolls, we went with the Philly roll and the hot roll. Both were delicious. We will absolutely be visiting WAVE Sushi - Maitland in Maitland, FL in the future!
This place was yummy. I bit too much food than I expected for one plate but otherwise delicious. Great service and fast too! I recommend going especially if you've never been.
Small restaurant but great food and service. Original presentation that you won't see elsewhere. I prefer the Mt Dora location but this one definitely scratches the itch without wondering off all the way out to Mt Dora.
