“Boku Sushi Maitland is my new favorite sushi place. I tried two rolls, Drama Queen and Foxy Lady. My husband had the Beef Wagyu. Our friend had the curry and EVERYTHING was delicious!!! Even the miso soup was very tasty and fresh. Ben our server was informative, personable and attentive. We spoke with Miller, he gave us more interesting information about the restaurant and asked about us and where we were from. Highly recommend!! Loved the food and the eperience!!!“

“Let me start with the crab rangoon fritters with mozzarella. They were everything I thought they would be, ooey gooey with a perfect mozzarella and crab filling ratio. For rolls, we went with the Philly roll and the hot roll. Both were delicious. We will absolutely be visiting WAVE Sushi - Maitland in Maitland, FL in the future!“

“I have been looking for an authentic Korean restaurant for quite some time. While visiting Orlando, I saw this restaurant, which was close to the hotel where we were staying, and I could not have been more happy! My sister and her husband were in Orlando from CT and I drove up from Stuart, FL. We researched this restaurant and said we need to try this! Thank goodness we did!
It was absolutely incredible!! The staff was amazing and so helpful (we needed that :-), and the food was absolutely amazing. Our server explained all of the food and the pronunciation of the dishes. We were never rushed and felt quite at home. I would highly recommend this restaurant!! I will be back in Orlando in December and will go here again! AWESOME!!!!“

“My coworker dragged me to this Asian fusion spot and now I owe him one cuz the pork belly bao were pillowy soft with crispy cracklin and a drizzle of hoisin that hit just right. The kimchi quesadilla was crispy gooey and spicy with melted cheese pullin every which way and the bulgogi nachos were loaded with tender beef and spicy mayo. The staff was super freindly and kept the yuzu lemonade and extra sriracha comin without me askin. I been tellin all my freinds about this gem and im definately comin back for the pad thai tacos and matcha soft serve next time.“

“We came here because of the positive celiac safe ratings and we’re not disappointed! The outside is very deceiving because it is small and not fancy but inside is quaint and minimalist but cute. They serve only bowls but the options are extensive. They are very well versed in food allergies and sensitivities, which was a relief as we have a family member with celiac disease and unable to eat dairy and soy as well. The cashier checked with the chef several times to ensure the ingredients met their restrictions and assured us that all precautions would be used to avoid cross contamination (separate prep area, glove change, etc). The portions were huge and they were delicious! The Korean fried chicken was good but very sweet, so be aware of that. The beef was so good! Cooked perfectly and very flavorful! Beware that parking is very challenging as they share a tiny lot with a cross fit and other businesses. We got lucky to get the only handicapped spot for my mom otherwise there was no parking. Definitely recommend to come here and we’ll be back to try more options!“

I told the cashier it was my first time there, she didn’t at all bother to explain to me how the menu worked, the menu is overwhelming but the point of her is to assist customers, she stocked, chatted with other employees and pressed buttons on the computer as I ordered. Customer service? Zero.

I also asked her because I noticed that they charge more with card than they do with cash, and I asked her how much more do you guys charge with card? And she answered
“it’s not a lot, like 70 cents”
and I said
“it’s a percentage per dollar, I’m looking for a percent”
The manager/owner was next to me and I asked “are you the owner?” And asked her.
The answer is 3%.

Just in case bring cash so you can pay less, and not support those corporations take charge more.

“I’ve said it many times to many people…Tako Cheena is awesome. The only caveat is there aren’t more locations. If you have never tried their menu, the time is now.“

“Just tried for first time. I hot the teriyaki bento box. The food was tasty, light, not greasy and flavorful. I felt like I made a surprisingly healthy choice without meaning to and Id order it again. I also had the rose black tea boba 25% and it actually was 25% just a touch of sweetness like I like it. “Not usually a fan of Americanized fried fusion items (not everything is fried, of course) but King Bao is the obvious exception. The slower service during lunch hours is the product of an understandably high volume of customers, and I'd consider it worth the two or three extra minutes I usually wait for the food here. I wish I could comment on more of the menu, but I'm such a sucker for the truffle tots and the Firecracker Shrimp bao that I tend to find myself ordering the usual instead of trying out new options. There's a chicken bao that's really good too, and I remember one of the specials a little while back (not sure if they still have it), the Baja Avocado was bomb.“
