“My food is always great .It is a breeze going through the drive-through at lunchtime in the evening time. However, the breakfast service is very slow. Please have one of your managers from daytime and evening shift work in the morning to get things on track most mornings I go next-door to Starbucks for that very reason.“

“Went thru the drive-thru tonight on my way back home from Orlando and had excellent service from Nico and Azyrah! They were both so friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there. Nico gave a great recommendation for the new Jalapeño Ranch club, and I had been on the fence about trying it, but he convinced me I made the right choice. Azyrah even used my name throughout our conversation at the window. Absolutely excellent service tonight and my food had to have been fresh, because it was nice and hot. Amazing team!!“

“Stopped by the Five Guys at 1600 N Hancock Rd in Clermont recently and it was exactly what I was hoping for! The location is super convenient, right off the main road with easy parking, making it a quick and easy stop whether you're grabbing lunch on the go or dinner after a long day.
The restaurant itself is spotless—clean, bright, and well-maintained from the moment you walk in. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which always makes the experience better. They were attentive without being over-the-top, and it felt like they genuinely wanted us to enjoy our meal.
As for the food, it was solid Five Guys quality all around, the burgers were fresh and juicy with plenty of topping options, and the fries were hot and perfectly seasoned. I especially loved the truffle fries, they were a standout! Crispy, flavorful, and that truffle taste elevated them way beyond regular fries. Definitely ordering those again next time.
Overall, a great local spot for a delicious, no-fuss burger meal. We'll be back soon. Highly recommend!“

“Today was a brand new experience. They open at 6am which generally is the time we are passing through. However, we were delayed about 30-40 minutes and what a difference that made. We are working at this time so we usually drive through and eat on the road. After being asked to pull over and park for delivery of our food. No problem. Where my problem arose was after waiting 35 minutes for our food, it wasn't right. Being that we were starved by then, we ate what we got. I do not see a return visit anytime in the near future. There's a Hardee's right up the road.“

“We just finished eating fish at Arby's. It was the most crowded we have ever seen.
Only 3 people working. The manager lady was amazing. She was running the counter, taking drive thru orders, putting together the orders, making some fries, etc. Basically everything but cooking. There was one cook who was doing great. Another guy was there and she had him doing drinks for drive thru orders. She was giving everyone directions but I'm a nice calm way instead of barking. It was refreshing to see a manager like that. Oh yeah and the food was good. We both had crispy fish sandwiches.“
