I can’t even tell you how grateful I am of your kindness and understanding. The past month has been so chaotic and for a second you helped calm the storm and you were genuine. People will give an “I’m sorry” but there’s no meaning behind it but you “got it” and were completely genuine.
We are the couple that told you we’re watching our mother die and she stopped eating days ago and we were desperate to get her to eat. You told us what would be best for her in your opinion and guess what? We took her the food and she actually took a few bites!
The way you were with us brought me to tears .
We drove up to pick up the food at the window expecting to pay but the receipt said zero balance. You bought our dying mother a meal and I don’t know if it’ll be her last but I promise you, we will never forget you. Your kindness just -I can’t even explain it.

I don't really care for the tip expectations so I usually pay cash so I can drop in a dollar. Good food but pricey for fast food!“

“Burgers were great and enjoyed the food despite being out of chili for the fries 🍟 we pivoted and ordered something else . The problem was that I did an online order and they wouldn't give me my money back for the custom large chilies I payed for in the app. That is the only upsetting issue to lose out on $12 + dollars since I paid in the app.“

“I walked into Dairy Queen expecting to leave with just a cake. What I actually walked out with was a life-altering experience in a round, Oreo-stuffed form.

This Oreo Blizzard Cake didn’t just taste good. No, no. It tasted like the angels in heaven churned it with clouds and then whispered, “YOLO” as they handed it down through the DQ freezer.

Each bite was like a rom-com montage starring my taste buds. I was giggling. I was crying. At one point, I think I blacked out from happiness. When I came to, I was hugging the cake and whispering, “You complete me.”

The fudge center? Illegal levels of joy. The crunch layer? Honestly, I considered proposing to it. I don’t know who invented this thing, but they deserve a Nobel Prize, a Grammy, and probably a parade.

Do I recommend the Oreo cake from Dairy Queen? Yes. Would I fight someone for the last slice? Also yes. Am I now emotionally dependent on frozen desserts? …Don't worry about it.“

“Stopped on my way home just for gas. Not my normal gas station, but I was running low. Had to go in to pay cash because my card had been compromised the day prior. Irritated and tired after a long day at work. The staff was so warm and welcoming. They acknowledged the fact that I looked tired and hungry and asked if I wanted a sandwich from Subway. At first, I said no but they offered a 6 inch so they would cut it to make it easy to eat, but that it was important to eat. I caved and ordered. The gentleman that made my sandwich was so diligent and wanted to make sure it was exactly the way I wanted it to perfection. There is nothing magical about a subway, turkey sandwich, but what was extraordinary was the amazing customer service and genuine kindness that the staff showed.“

“This location was not bad , the pizza great as always . I ordered online ahead of time and waited like I usually do . My only complaint was waiting about 20 minutes after ordering online first thing at open . I was the first customer and it was not too busy, other than that everything was fine .“
