Visiting the chain on April 17th at around 8:30 AM, I faced a frustrating issue with the restaurant's app. A promo code I tried to use malfunctioned, erroneously claiming my points while rendering the code invalid.Joe, the front counter hero of the day. Without any obligation to step in, he noticed my growing frustration and decided to intervene. Despite his efforts, the technical glitch remained unresolved, but Joe's willingness to assist made all the difference. They allowed my special needs daughter to come inside for her Frosty when they were technically closed. I want the staff at this location recognized, truly.“
“Bacon Two Cheese Deluxe Signature Stackburger™ was good, kinda messy but juicy which is not a bad thing. Lot of stuff piled on made it hard to eat because the bun starts to fall apart. Burger size & bun shrank it seems size wise but that's typical sadly of most places today.“

“Went here Easter weekend with my 9 year old. Ordered two 10 inch pizzas to eat in and have leftovers. She had cheese pizza, I had Margarita pizza. Both were excellent, with fresh ingredients and handmade crusts. Staff was very pleasant and welcoming, waitress was very attentive and friendly. Pizzas were $10.99 each but tea and soda was a little pricey at $4. We enjoyed our meal and will be back, hopefully next time the guy behind us wont be loudly spewing the F word!P.S. It's in the old breakfast place on side road off 44, not much street parking but we walked from the park.“

“Don’t let being in a Basement off an Alley discourage you. The Frog & Monkey Restaurant may be one of the best hidden gems of Mt Dora! A rustic basement tavern with some high end Craft Beer on tap and amazing pub food.I got the Ruby Burger, think a Ruben but with a burger, Swiss cheese and sauerkraut; where have you been all my life?!?!? This was followed up by a rarity in the craft world, Tripping Animals, Triple Ever Haze, a hazy, smooth, juicy fruit sweetness Triple IPA with NO hint that this gem is 10%.
