There's a young lady that works at Wendy's in Mount Dora she is very short and has some blue hair she does not need to be with the public she is rude nasty unbelievable I asked her if there's something wrong she just look and rolled her eyes and waLk away from the window she said nothing nice and I'm here to tell l her when you work in a public place whether you're in a good mood or a bad mood you have to put on a smile because that's your job God don't like ugly humans blue...read full review

I've been treated above and beyond essentially all interactions at this location. Orders are always ready, correct, functional. I've had managers cover my meal when I only had ApplePay. They allowed my special needs daughter to come inside for her Frosty when they were technically closed. I want the staff at this location recognized, truly.

Drive thru order was cold and incorrect after waiting 20 minutes with 2 people ahead of me. Had to go back inside to get food that wasn't soggy and ice cold. Maybe it was a bad day for the staff, idk.
