So DISAPPOINTED. I love Starbucks, and I have for years. Since getting dogs, I have also gotten the "complimentary" pup cup.
The last two times I went through this drive-thru the staff looked suspiciously in my car for my dog, and I explained the dog is at home. One staff member even said to me "you can tell me if it is for you". I would be happy to pay for it, but Starbucks claims it is complimentary. This Starbucks Coffee Company location receives consistently positive feedback for its friendly staff and quick service. Drinks are made correctly, food is hot, and the shaken espresso is made so good. The store is well managed, with a very fast pace and hard working crew that uses teamwork. A smaller but smart location along 441 in Mount Dora, the drive-thru can be congested, but service remains impeccable. The friendly people at the window smile when handing out orders, and one barista even brought out a mini cherry chai to try.
