POKE bowl is AMAZING and wife loved the pork tacos
All outdoor so can be a tad warm still at night but at 915 you can see fireworks going off nearby

Beautiful setting in the centre of the Disney Coronado Springs Resort. Waterfront dining accessed by various walkways connecting the different hotel areas.
We went for a dinner direct from the parks so weren't dressed to impress, but there were groups there who had made the effort so I would describe it as a mixed crowd, very welcoming and a relaxing atmosphere. Really neat restaurant in such a unique location- right in the middle of Coronado Springs. Laid back atmosphere where my kids and I both felt comfortable. You can’t beat watching the sunset across the lake while enjoying some authentic Spanish flavors. My kids really enjoyed their meals, and our favorite was the mahi mahi. Even though this is set around a bar, there’s plenty of tables around.

Based on the reviews, Three Bridges Bar and Grill at Villa del Lago is a lovely restaurant on the water with gorgeous views of the resort. The atmosphere is beautiful, and the setting is magnificent. The 360-degree water views from every table are incredible. The food was excellent, great, and everything tasted fresh. The service was great, quick, and even greater. The waitress was the sweetest and handled allergies epicly. Sitting on the lake and watching the fireworks go off in Epcot from the seats was amazing. The only negative is that they do not take reservations, so there might be a wait.
