Not the first time we’ve dined here but the first time we were disappointed in the quality of the meal. My soup was barely room temperature so much so that the Gruyère hadn’t melted. My salmon was a tad warmer but the accompanying rice and vegetables, not so much. This was quickly addressed by our server who delivered impeccable service. Max from Paris was an amazing server. He brought his experience and cultural knowledge and integrated it with his food recommendations. The food was good. Dessert was beautiful and tasted great too. Also,thanks Max for taking photos for us.
Went here 6 months ago at 8:45 PM (in 2021) and it was quite busy. However despite it being a half hour wait even though our party made reservations like 2-3 hours before and the waiter was quick and friendly. I noticed that most if not all the workers there were actually from France and learning what it’s like is nice. I got a 3 course meal and MAN it was amazing.
