“Wonderful seven course meal! Fine dining as an experience!“

“Not the first time we’ve dined here but the first time we were disappointed in the quality of the meal. My soup was barely room temperature so much so that the Gruyère hadn’t melted. My salmon was a tad warmer but the accompanying rice and vegetables, not so much. This was quickly addressed by our server who delivered impeccable service. Raphael was an excellent server and I would recommend his service. For the cost of the meal, my expectations were not met or exceeded by the quality of the meal. We dined at 4:00 PM at the start of dinner service so I would have thought everything would have been top notch.“

“Had a wonderful server named Flora from Marseille. She was so kind and even helped me practice a bit of French. The food was awesome, exactly what I wanted, I ordered Le Crépe Gourmande. Also, if you order that and its your birthday they may surprise you.“

“As a business owner from Massachusetts, I value excellent customer service and professionalism. This was my second visit to Fresh Cafe within one week, and unfortunately, my experiences were very different.

During my first visit, I came with a group of eight people. Although the restaurant was extremely busy and we waited over 15 minutes for our table, the experience was outstanding. Our waitress, Maria, took initiative, was attentive, and provided exceptional customer service. The food was beautifully presented, the breakfast was delicious, and the fresh orange juice tasted healthy and refreshing. The quality of the food and service made the cost well worth it.

However, my second visit, when I brought five additional guests, was disappointing. The manager was correcting an employee on how to clean tables in front of customers, which is something that would be more appropriate to address privately. Several staff members appeared more focused on talking among themselves than assisting customers. There was also a gentleman walking back and forth who never greeted us or offered assistance.

I will say that the interior of the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Unfortunately, the exterior appearance was not as inviting and could benefit from greater attention.

I believe Fresh Cafe has great potential, as evidenced by my first experience. However, additional staff training on customer service, professionalism, and hospitality would greatly improve consistency. Courtesy, attentiveness, and proper customer engagement are essential, especially considering the amount of money guests invest when dining out.

I hope this feedback is received as constructive, as I would love to see Fresh Cafe continue to grow and succeed.“

“Awesome souvenir shop for lots of France themed disney gifts. You can of course find lots of Ratatouille gifts. They have hoodies, snow globes, shirts, toys, hats, kitchenware, stuffed animals, mugs and tons of other decor. The shop is located center of the France section with a couple restaurants and other attractions around. Really cute vibes and definitely worth visiting if you like the France theme or Ratatouille!“

“We thought that the crepes here were pretty good. Prices are expensive however the ambience is really nice and it was a good experience being here at the park and eating the food. Downside for this particular dish is the fruit has honey on it. I was just expecting to have normal fruit. It does come with a Harry Potter themed drink.“

“Visited this restaurant while celebrating our anniversary at the hotel and, it was spectacular from the moment we arrived and was greeted by the hosts until we departed. Our Server Diesel was the Best part. He was friendly, exuded enthusiasm, knowledgeable and above all KIND. The food was seasoned to perfection. My husband ordered the lamb chops and I ordered the Prime Rib. When visiting ask for Diesel and tell him the lady from West Palm in the Kimono referred you. I was unable to attach the photo of our Server. Therefore, added it separately under All Photos.“

“There are so many deserts to choose from here. Fruit, chocolate, coffee, sugar, they have all types of flavors on donuts and pastries. They even offer lunch items like ham and cheese sandwiches, grilled cheese, pizzas and sausage rolls. It's cute. You grab a tray, line it with a parchment paper and grab a pair of tongs and pick what you want. If anything needs to be heated, they do that at the register. I tried the lavender matcha frappe and it was delicious.“

Quite the contrary, this place is AWESOME. Exquisite food, service, and the closest service to being in a movie. The family and I had blast! Avoid Crystal Palace but choose between BOG vs Cinderalla Castle.

Expensive, but worth it!“
