We had heard good things about this place, and how it is authentic Japanese sushi, and we have a sushi lover in the family so we decided to try it out. We got a 7pm reservation, so that when we were finished, we would just walk right outside and see luminous from the 2nd story deck right outside the restaurant. Best for Quiet and not crowded! Authentic Japanese experience and staff, extensive menu with demonstrations. Also as many mentioned, the views and for the fireworks at 9 pm is a perfect spot here. No wait around 6 pm despite having reservation, which was mostly taken late in day likely due to popular fireworks and night views.

Not only was the food amazing but Nozomi was the best! She was super friendly and she spent a few extra minutes to give us some recommendations for our next trip. Easily my favorite restaurant in Epcot! 5 star service.
