“My family and I really enjoyed our meal at Longhorn. John was our server and did an excellent job. My steak was cooked perfectly, and the seasoning was delicious. Longhorn has more options then most competing steakhouses for my kids who have food allergies. Gluten free fries are hard to find so we were pleased that Lonhorn had them. The kids also liked the choices of 3 different lemonades! The restaurant and bathrooms are clean, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. “Went to Ember and Oak downtown Melbourne for their happy hour today. Hostess, busser, food runner and waiter were all very good. Server came over, introduced himself and asked if it was a special occasion and I told him that it was both of our birthdays. He said happy birthday. I ordered a sour apple martini, which was supposed to be $8.00 during happy hour and he confirmed it was on happy hour. Asked for Tito’s as the vodka and was told it might be two dollars more, and I said OK. Asked if Jack on the Rocks was part of happy hour, and was told probably. Ordered the Swedish meatballs, excellent. Ordered the 10 oz sirloin steak board. Food was excellent and plentiful , prepared as ordered. Asked to substitute French fries for the side of mushrooms, told no problem. Ordered coffee with cream and sugar, put it in the coffee and it was overly sweet. Looked at the packet of what I thought was sugar because that’s what I asked for and saw that it was actually Splenda. Mentioned this to the server when he brought the check over and he did not even offer to replace the cup of coffee that sat there not consumed. Check came and was charged five dollars more for Tito’s and five dollars more for the board. I didn’t order an extra side. I asked to substitute the French fries for the mushrooms and was not told that there would be an additional charge. Did not offer a complimentary dessert for our birthdays; did not go expecting anything, but why ask if it is a special occasion if you are not going to do/offer something? Everything was good……just not an “We have to tell our friends about this place and come back”. Maybe I expected more of a “Wow” experience from this high end restaurant.“

“We had our first visit to CuiZine but it won't be our last! Buddy, our waiter, was attentive without being intrusive and was very knowledgeable about the menu. Amongst the three of us we ordered the baked onion soup, tandoori salmon, pork schnitzel, and soups vide pork chop. The food was delicious, perfectly seasoned and prepared. I highly recommend going to CuiZine for your next special occasion!“
“Food was delicious, I had the red fish special with green beans and red Himalayan rice. The beans were cooked perfectly and so was the fish amazing sear with capers and garlic. I never would have thought to put that much garlic on but it balanced the capers I was impressed.(My step dad was James beard nominated and I'm from The Bahamas so don't take the fish statement lightly). Now the service my girlfriend and I showed up 30 minutes to close no reservation which we hate but we were still greeted by a warm and enthusiastic staff.I think our server was Lindsey but I can't remember. “Always have amazing service, food, and atmosphere when at Djon's. Best Chilean Sea Bass you'll get anywhere. The noise level in the back dining area was a bit loud, and it was hard to talk with the person across the table sometimes but could easily talk to the person sitting next to me.“
“It's hard for me to eat anything but Longhorns ribeye steaks (superb) but I went off script this visit and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the Parmesan Crusted Chicken and half rack baby back ribs combo and was blown away. The chicken was fantastic. A large marinated boneless breast smothered in cheese and parmesan that was too good to be true. The baby backs were "falling off the bone" delicious. I can't do it justice.
