What started as off a VERY grim outlook on this rare Outback occasion for us, was completely turned around by Summer. We were offered the option to be seated out on the patio to avoid a long wait due to a large party. We accepted and were ignored entirely by the two employees that kept making appearances to tend to and clean the table that left shortly after we arrived. My husband and I have dined in here as well as taken food to go many times and have never had an issue. The food is always good and ready in a timely fashion and we've never had a mistake made on our order.

My husband and I had received a $20 gift certificate to go to the outback (we haven’t been there in many years ) We had the lunch special , when we arrived there we were pleasantly greeted ☺️ as the whole experience continued the same way!
