“For a change of pace, we enjoy eating at our neighborhood Denny’s here in Kissimmee. Our favorite server is Miss Monica. She always has a friendly greeting and knows what we like to drink when we come through the door. We highly recommend her and this establishment and give it a “can’t miss” category rating.“

“The wait time was long, 35 minutes, but when we entered the diner we noticed that it was small. The hostess was friendly and inviting. Our waitress Cierra was amazing! She was attentive, friendly and provited exceptional service. The fried chichen was delicious, but the mash potatoes were a bit dry and the greenbeans were hard.“

“The waitress Thamaity was incredible. She helped us figure out the best way to order things on the menu for a good price. She made helpful suggestions to us on everything! She was so kind and attentive. My 3 sons said she must be the best waitress in all of Florida! It was amazing to encounter such great service and just a beautiful soul. Food was good and fresh, snd the cook even offered to make up some grits for my husband. Thamaity went above and beyond even in making sure we had syrup and silverware for our leftovers! Amazing experience!“

“This was a great little spot to eat at for a brunch, not too loud. Its not too far from Citywalk or Epic in a shopping plaza. The food was great from classic options to healthy food choices serving breakfast & lunch only. The kids enjoyed the pancakes, hubby enjoyed a breakfast bagel sandwich while I enjoyed an avocado tomatoe toast with eggs & bacon. We will visit in the future.“

“Cooke’s of Dublin (also known as Cooke’s Fish & Chips) is located in Disney Springs, and the setting alone is a big part of the appeal. The area feels lively and distinctly European, which fits the menu and vibe perfectly.

The biggest draw for us was their gluten-free options. I was dining with a friend who has a gluten allergy, and it’s genuinely rare to find a place where gluten-free diners can enjoy fried, breaded food without feeling limited or cautious. Cooke’s delivers here in a big way.

The gluten-free fried fish was excellent—crispy, light, and airy, with fresh-tasting fish and a solid portion size. If you didn’t know it was gluten free, you honestly wouldn’t guess. We swapped the standard chips for gluten-free onion rings, and that was absolutely the right move. These were phenomenal onion rings on their own—crisp, flavorful, and well-seasoned—let alone impressive for a gluten-free version.

The tartar sauce tasted house-made, with noticeable dill and a creamy, balanced tang that tied everything together beautifully.

I ordered the chicken and mushroom pie, which is similar to a chicken pot pie but with heavier mushroom notes. The filling was rich, savory, and bold, with what tasted like thigh meat—plenty of flavor and depth going on inside. My one critique here is the balance: there was a bit too much puff pastry compared to the filling, which made the dish feel dough-heavy and slightly threw off the overall ratio. It was very filling, but more because of the carbs than the protein. That said, it came with chips and definitely delivered on portion size.

Pricing is about what you’d expect at Disney—both dishes landed around $18. While it’s not cheap, the value is there in terms of portion size and quality, especially considering the gluten-free accommodations.

Overall: It’s not the best food at Disney Springs, but it’s far from the worst—and it’s certainly not the most expensive either. For gluten-free diners in particular, this place stands out as a rare win. Solid food, generous portions, and a great location make Cooke’s of Dublin a worthwhile stop if you’re in the area.“

If you’re staying at the hotel and looking for something convenient, it’s certainly worth trying at least once. We’ve had lunch and breakfast here, and we’ll likely dine here again — mostly because of how convenient it is to have it inside the hotel.
