“Probably the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The deep fryers are set perfectly because french fries and chicken nuggets Here are always perfect. The staff is always great. This place looks like a model store and functions like one too.“

“I have been eating a lot of McDonald's lately with all the monopoly rewards coming in. I've had most locations in the surrounding area and can confidently say: this is the best one! Breakfast, lunch, dinner, in between. Drive thru or dine in. The staff is SO kind, the food is always fresh and actually fast. 10/10 location- I hope their staff is treated well and rewarded often for their hard work!“

“This McDonald's had some solid food but the holiday pies weren't as good as they should have been. I was looking forward to having them again after so long and they didn't have enough filling in them.. Too bad... The custard that was there was good but they can do better for sure.“

“EVERY SINGLE TIME no matter day or night when I visit, this McDonalds has the friendliest customer service in all of Orlando. “I was staying at the Holiday Inn next door and ordered pick up. I got 10 cheeseburgers, all with special ingredients, a 20 piece chicken nugget, and a Happy Meal. Everything was fresh, delicious and made the exact way I asked! Food was delicious and the staff was friendly!“

“Lackadaisical kids working here. The food is usually good and fresh however recently the atmosphere has regressed greatly! For example I was told to park in spot 6 to wait on my food and I did that but the young woman with the food went to several cars before mine then approached me and said is this yours? I said “you tell me, my love” she opened it and encouraged me to check if it was what I ordered in the bag… I mean EW!!!! Frightening to imagine how many people may have perused your food checking if it was theirs as opposed to this location putting the proper systems in place to identify the cars/customers.
It’s not horrible but it just seemed like management doesn’t have an eye on the staff… slow and unorganized.“

“It is a typical McDonald's, but for some reason they only get like 3.6stars and they are better than that. Yes it was busy, but overall it was clean, and our food came out a lot quicker then I was expecting and it was still quite hot. Even though it was reasonably husy. Then person that brought out our food was friendly and really, you order on the machine so not like you talk to people anyway so can't really complain about the staff not being friendly or helpful.“

“…not sure how they pulled it off but they did…line wrapped around the block but they served up fresh food, a McFlurry with extra Oreos and the line moved along quickly enough - all with great attitudes and smiles - thank you for being open and staffed with care.“

“Dirty tables are not typical of McDonald's. This was my first stop at this location. Also, this is a location with no soft drink station in the dining room. I only got an iced coffee. I understand that McDonald's might do away with free refills at some of these locations. I was told there is a limit of two refills at some locations, although I was given additional refills free anyway.

Dietary restrictions: It's McDonald's. Get pickles and onions or don't get them. That's about it

“Rarely a bad attitude unlike some other local locations!
Love going through the drive through in the morning and being greeted so cheerful as if we've know each other for years. Plus it does not hurt that the food is always hot and ready, quick in and out location.“

“I had the pleasure of interacting with Jodneil in the drive-thru and he was sooooo polite, respectful, courteous & most importantly had exceptional customer service skills. I hope this MCDonalds recognizes him for being such an exceptional employee.“

“Idk the guy that was working the drive thru on 3/8/26 at 11:20pm but he was super sweet even though they weren’t serving any ice cream menu items. He was kind to go above and beyond for other menu adjacent items to make such as smoothies, etc. overall kind guy, would come to this location again.“

“On my way to the airport, I decided to stop at my local McDonald’s. Although the self-service kiosk wasn’t accepting card payments, I was directed to the till to complete my order. After about seven minutes, I finally managed to get a staff member to take my payment; until then, my order couldn’t be processed. It seemed the staff were primarily focused on serving drive-through customers. Despite the dine-in area having only three or four people, I had to wait around 15 minutes to receive my order. Aside from that, the premises were very clean and well-maintained, and the staff member who took my order was polite and pleasant. However, my decaf coffee was not enjoyable, as it tasted weak and lacked the usual coffee flavor.“

“I ordered DoorDash tonight and got a 20 piece chicken McNugget and they sent one sweet-and-sour sauce when I requested three on the DoorDash app. It was on the ticket too, so they saw it…or at least they should have (if they were paying attention.) They just didn’t fulfill the order. My hamburger was cold and my french fries were the wrong size. I tried to call the store three times and a young man answered and hung up on me three times. I am calling back tomorrow to speak to a manager, but I am very angry tonight about my food and the fact that I can’t reach a manager tonight. I paid a mint for it to be delivered and the least they could do is get it right!

Addendum: 9/10/24
Spoke with the manager today who was super super apologetic for the experience that I had with the young man on the phone last night. He said he would take care of that situation, but in the meantime, he replaced my entire order and sent tons of sweet-and-sour sauce to me.. I just wanted to show my appreciation by changing my review. I never expected that replacement and I am more than grateful! it also means the world that he heard my frustration about the call last night and was more than willing to make it right.“
