McDonald's in Kissimmee

“This is our favorite McDonald's in Orlando... and easily one of our top favorites anywhere. The location is great, both in convenience (especially for guests of Disney's All-Star resorts) and a sense of being away from the crowds, almost out in the countryside. The staff is great, and the woman at the payment drive-thru window is friendly - recognizing us - and helpful (when I'd accidentally spilled my beverage). This restaurant is clean, spacious, well-managed, and a great break from the busyness of the theme parks... and Orlando, in general.“

“Maria A. was absolutely amazing. We’re here visiting from Phoenix, Arizona and the customer service is 10 out of 10. This place is clean. I will be coming here for my breakfast for the rest of the week and Disney on Friday. My four-year-old daughter Carolina also says 10 out of 10 for Maria A.“

“This McDonald's had some solid food but the holiday pies weren't as good as they should have been. I was looking forward to having them again after so long and they didn't have enough filling in them.. Too bad... The custard that was there was good but they can do better for sure.“

“This is definitely a corporate issue, but this McDonald’s deserves more attention than you allow it. It is the only escape from Disney property where McDonald’s prices are extremely inflated next to Disney’s Animal Kingdom. And the amount of work that these staffers have to do to accommodate the overflow of those people that aren’t willing topay the inflated prices. I only write this review because it is easy for corporate to write this off as a staffing issue. But this has nothing to do with staffing. This has everything to do with their ability to pay people to work at this particular facility. These people work hard to produce what they can, but the corporation does not allow them to Operate at full capacity given their location.“

“I was staying at the Holiday Inn next door and ordered pick up. I got 10 cheeseburgers, all with special ingredients, a 20 piece chicken nugget, and a Happy Meal. Everything was fresh, delicious and made the exact way I asked! Food was delicious and the staff was friendly!“

“Mickey D's is always Mickey D's and this one has got all of it. I know a lot of people complain about the touch screens instead of taking your order from a real life person but there were a lot of people still behind the counter that you could go to and I usually customize my order, you know like no pickles, extra onions, mayo, no mayo. Anyway I usually get flustered when I'm talking to and actual person while I'm doing that so that makes it much easier for me to order as a person with ADHD.“

“I’ve had consistently great experiences at this McDonald’s. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and provides solid customer service every time I visit.
Today, I especially want to recognize the manager, Alan, who truly went above and beyond. I was having difficulty standing and wasn’t familiar with how to use the kiosk, and instead of passing me off to another employee, he personally stepped in to help me place my order. That level of care and leadership really stood out to me. It shows he’s not only a team player, but also someone who leads by example when it comes to customer service.
The food here is always on point, and my kids are never disappointed which means a lot.

“…not sure how they pulled it off but they did…line wrapped around the block but they served up fresh food, a McFlurry with extra Oreos and the line moved along quickly enough - all with great attitudes and smiles - thank you for being open and staffed with care.“

“Dirty tables are not typical of McDonald's. This was my first stop at this location. Also, this is a location with no soft drink station in the dining room. I only got an iced coffee. I understand that McDonald's might do away with free refills at some of these locations. I was told there is a limit of two refills at some locations, although I was given additional refills free anyway.

Dietary restrictions: It's McDonald's. Get pickles and onions or don't get them. That's about it

“Rarely a bad attitude unlike some other local locations!
Love going through the drive through in the morning and being greeted so cheerful as if we've know each other for years. Plus it does not hurt that the food is always hot and ready, quick in and out location.“

“I had the pleasure of interacting with Jodneil in the drive-thru and he was sooooo polite, respectful, courteous & most importantly had exceptional customer service skills. I hope this MCDonalds recognizes him for being such an exceptional employee.“

“On my way to the airport, I decided to stop at my local McDonald’s. Although the self-service kiosk wasn’t accepting card payments, I was directed to the till to complete my order. After about seven minutes, I finally managed to get a staff member to take my payment; until then, my order couldn’t be processed. It seemed the staff were primarily focused on serving drive-through customers. Despite the dine-in area having only three or four people, I had to wait around 15 minutes to receive my order. Aside from that, the premises were very clean and well-maintained, and the staff member who took my order was polite and pleasant. However, my decaf coffee was not enjoyable, as it tasted weak and lacked the usual coffee flavor.“

“Did a 6 person order at 11:30 at night after finally escaping Magic Kingdom traffic and was pleasantly surprised by how great the experience was. It had been a long day and we were just trying to get food and get home. The drive thru was busy but moved quickly, the food was organized and correct, and the staff was friendly and quick.“
