McDonald's in Haines City

“Rare experience in today's world to find a McDonald's doing it right. The young lady at the counter asked to take our order "at the actual counter" instead of directing us to the bank of "Do it yourself" machines, she was very nice and provded outstanding customer service (which when I worked at McD's many years ago was a requirement, not an oddity). Food was ready before we could finish getting our drinks, and she walked it out to our table instead of making us come to the counter. Food was hot and tasted great (sadly, another oddity you don't get very often anymore). The lobby and seating area was neat and clean. To the Management and Crew of this store, I say Thank You for a job well done.“

“PREVIOUS REVIEW: We go to this McD’s DAILY for coffee and most days for a meal or snack. The only problem is that the receipt ink is chronically so light that you can’t read them or use them for any reward apps like Fetch. Will need to switch to another location if they can’t fix this problem.

“Only kiosk to order, unless you wait by the counter for who knows how long... No receipt paper, like ever, so pay attention to your number because they call it and walk away quick. Foods ok, evidently they use the fryer oil past the limit so it's kinda crunchy and dark brown. I've seen worse out there for sure. Like all new fast food joints, it's small inside for seating.“
