“Rare experience in today's world to find a McDonald's doing it right. The young lady at the counter asked to take our order "at the actual counter" instead of directing us to the bank of "Do it yourself" machines, she was very nice and provded outstanding customer service (which when I worked at McD's many years ago was a requirement, not an oddity). Food was ready before we could finish getting our drinks, and she walked it out to our table instead of making us come to the counter. Food was hot and tasted great (sadly, another oddity you don't get very often anymore). The lobby and seating area was neat and clean. To the Management and Crew of this store, I say Thank You for a job well done.“
“Ive tried giving this place multiple chances ordering different things but at a point how many times can you mess up an order?
I’ve ordered a meal before with just 1 large fry’s. I come home the fry is literally still cold. Not only cold you can see the around the fry was like they put it in and took it out of the grill to early and have me an uncooked fry.
I come a before I work for a long day. Order multiple times here a large ice caramel coffee. I get it one did I get the wrong size I also got it watered down and it just ice coffee. No cream no surges at not even the caramel. I’ve been a regular here and I don’t feel a connection with any of the service here nor I don’t feel my drinks and my food was properly made within food safety standards“
“PREVIOUS REVIEW: We go to this McD’s DAILY for coffee and most days for a meal or snack. The only problem is that the receipt ink is chronically so light that you can’t read them or use them for any reward apps like Fetch. Will need to switch to another location if they can’t fix this problem.
