“I see all the bad reviews. I get it and pretty much expect it from McDs. We came very early and only couple customers and everything went smooth. Food correct and delivered fast. First visit here to this location which I now call the Wannabe Banksy McDonalds. The aesthetic is not pleasing at all ~ in fact workers wear construct vests to serve food?“
“People really have to understand that this is practically the MOST BUSIEST McDonald’s in the area, an alternative is the one on 13th st but that could be too far for some people. So YES it’s going to have a long wait at the Lunch and Dinner times, thats normal in any fast food place. And that’s because they make the food FRESH. And if you have a slight issue with your order or food the staff WILL help you right away and offer solutions / refund. There is not a lot of staff for service, you want “better” or “quicker” service then Apply for a Job there. As a local, I know all staff are POLITE and PROFESSIONAL. I see most issues here in the reviews are about night, night could be different because of the staff, but just give them a chance. It’s very busy all the time. Remember, if you have an issue, CONTACT them, they will find a solution for you right away. Don’t give up, it’s not that serious. Anyways, I love this McDonald’s, come here and get your food nice and fresh. My kids love it here too.“
“The service and this McDonald's is excellent from drive through to going inside. Keep up the great work. It is a pleasure for me to come here. And buy my food all the time. I give it a 10th star management excellent. Everyone always has a smile.
