“Original text: 21 March 2024:Food:The presentation of the food was initially of very low quality, a score of 1/5 with ingredients off the patty by upwards of 5cm from centre. The location accommodated a redo which had a presentation score of 4/5. The food tasted well, and all items were properly cooked/ grilled/ fried with adequate freshness.4/5 stars for food.Service:I ordered dine-in, and was prompted by the self-service screen to grab a table marker and be seated for the food to be brought to me. When the order was complete, my number was called, and I was prompted to pick up my dine-in order at the front, which was bagged as a take-out order. The staff were -again- accommodating of my request for a redo after the initial burger had poor presentation, which provides an extra star on the low rating.2/5 stars for service.Atmosphere:Many of the tables were covered in food debris, and this was during low business hours. Finding a clean table was still trivial, and the floors were clean. The ambient music was at a satisfactory level, and the lights were all functional.4/5 stars for atmosphere.Overall, the initial poor impression has led to a low score for this location. I hope to see an improvement during future visits. The overall score as of now is 4/5 stars.Parking: Approx 20 spaces around the restaurant, with disabled parking available.“
“I really liked the burger because of the way they prepared the onion. Even though there was no one at the payment window, I continued to the next window. I explained to the girl that I was at the order pick-up window and she apologized. She told me that someone was late for 2 hours and that the manager was running away. one window to another and there is no time.I understood her since I know what it is like to work in places like this and it can happen; in addition, she expressed herself correctly to me very politely. Furthermore, the girl asked what the price was, she was interested in helping me and she gave me a receipt.I believe that a Customer service is not one that is perfect but one that knows how to have excellent communication and good manners.Lets ser un the futuro cause im new in the area hope is continuing doing good.??“
“The shift manager May was by herself with one cook. She did a awesome job keep it all moving. Same on you McDonald's for working people like this. If it wasn't for people like Katrina. Then you wouldn't be open. Need to step up and take care of employees you wouldn't have such high turn around.“
“Well what can I say about this location, it's in Winter Park, close to Full Sail College it provides the service in the area the others can't, the staff is willing fulfill your order and provide proper customer service, I recommend going to this location and observe for yourself“
