“Hands down the BEST customer service from McDonald’s from any location. No matter what time I go on my lunch break, the employees at this Ocoee location are amazing. Everyone is always so nice and smiling and polite. I really appreciate their hard working staff. The manager Christina is always so friendly and kind. Been to this location numerous times and never had a bad experience or a rude staff member.“
“I went through the drive-thru today and was helped by a young lady named Rain. I could tell she was in training, but she did a great job. Her voice was so kind and patient, and she made the interaction really pleasant. Customer service like that makes a difference. Kudos to her and the team for doing a great job training their staff.“

“Ngl my order got canceled in the app and I was starving so I had to reorder, went through drive thru and reordered and idk how but associate knew it was my order that was canceled and was able to honor discount. Idk how he knew it was my order but aye I appreciate you not just throwing away the food my guy. Idk if you all check this since it’s a large company but the little steps made my night.
