Her voice was so kind and patient, and she made the interaction really pleasant. Customer service like that makes a difference. Kudos to her and the team for doing a great job training their staff.“

“Ngl my order got canceled in the app and I was starving so I had to reorder, went through drive thru and reordered and idk how but associate knew it was my order that was canceled and was able to honor discount.
