My biggest issue with my visit today was the crew member who worked at pick up window number 2. The young lady did not open her mouth the speak one time. She did not say good morning, have a nice day or even you're welcome when I said thank you and looked her right in the face. I always try to be very courteous to fast food employees because I was one in my younger years but it seems customer service has declined significantly with the newer generation. Hit and miss. One time the food is perfectly warm and delicious but othertimes I receive cold food and fries, which is a SIN in my opinion.

Everything was hot and fresh, just make sure you taste your sprite before leaving, ours was just soda water, but they fixed it as soon as we told them.

McDonald's is a quick place to grab a meal, but some customers have experienced issues with their orders. The drive-thru service is efficient, and orders are usually served quickly, especially during busy times. Customers appreciate when the popular guava pies are available. Parking can be a challenge during peak hours, and the store's cleanliness is sometimes inconsistent. Staff performance varies; while some employees are friendly and helpful, others have been inattentive at the counter and tend to direct customers to the kiosk. The restaurant gets food out in a timely manner and the tables are being wiped down regularly. During busy periods, the place can be crowded inside and out, but the staff work hard, clearing trays and checking if customers need extra ketchup or anything else. A recent visit on a Friday at 12:30 showed the staff hustling and doing a great job, making the experience much better despite some minor issues like a DoorDash driver blocking the drive-thru for over five minutes. Overall, the restaurant is running more effectively than before, with friendly staff and good service.
