McDonald's in Altamonte Springs

“I absolutely despise giving reviews but guest service has become an issue here….i usually just move along with my day but come on how will yall know if I don’t say something? I came by today and ordered a large mango refresher because I wanted to try it out….i noticed at the second window I didn’t receive a straw so I just backed up and kindly asked for a straw….the cashier seemed to be aggravated as if the straw comes out of her check and states to me “yeah cause it doesn’t come with a straw” I looked puzzled and just drove off because like are you serious ? I wouldn’t give a damn if it had a pop top like a can if I ask for a straw give me a damn straw….i don’t want to sip it from the damn cup! Teach these people about guest service and stop pining them about inventory so they won’t be aggravated when a guest asks for a straw….“

“Ordered online as i pulled in and figured i would have a long wait. It was actually really fast and the girl that brought me out my food was so sweet!! I think she was a little tall, hair pulled back with a fluffy bun that looked maybe red. And some kind of facial piercing my memory isn’t the best. But McDonald’s usually sucks service wise, want to recognize this one for being different!“
