McDonald's in Altamonte Springs

“Probably the best McDonalds I've ever been in. Service was fast, food was hot, staff were friendly. And hands down it was the cleanest one I've ever seen. They were wiping down tables after patrons left, and they were even wiping down the pedestal stands where you order from the self ordering kiosks!“

“They actually read your order back to you here. Just like the Chick-fil-A next door. Great customer service is still valued in the community. However, the last time I went to this mcdonalds I pulled up to pay for my steak egg and cheese McMuffin and the cashier was inpatient with me as I struggled to get the rest of the change our of my middle console to pay for the food. She insisted I give what I got and move forward. So I did. Money is not an issue. I felt rushed and not valued as a customer that day. I value good customer service over everything. I assume the speed and flow of the line is more important to this employee. I need it few extra seconds and she rushed me along. I woke up early just so if have time to stop there before work. Not happy with that service.“
