Immaculate service from these two hard working people. Busting their butts during prime dinner time & not complaining, showing kindness and professionalism & maintaining the flow during peak hours.
The teamwork and customer service shown by these two individuals was impressive. I know their job may not seem glamorous, they may not be treated kindly, but they are trying their absolute hardest to provide others with a emotion of care and satisfaction with a quickness. “Not sure what's gone on recently, but it's for all the good. Here tonight, 7/15. I had ordered pickup, got stuck in traffic. The woman behind the counter said 'nope'. I'm sorry I didn't get her name (lovely woman with braids). Had everything remade fresh, and made sure the hot fudge sundae was made upon pick up, and not just melting.
I haven't had great service in the past here (nor desirable food). And I know it's just a McDouble...but, it was really good (the fresh tomato was, well...fresh). And the fries were everything that you'd expect from the best fries ever. They were perfect.
It's the small things in life. A good burger , perfect fries. Take care of whomever that woman is behind the counter. The biggest small thing is having someone who cares about the guest. And I felt cared about. You don't get in that in 'fast food' often...“
