“Our uber order was not correct. I was ready to give a 1 star rating. So I called McDonald’s in Longwood. Rose at that McDonald’s location went above and beyond and personally drove her own car to drop off the correct sandwich. Rose I haven’t seen customer service like this for years.Thank you Rose. With that attitude you’re should be the owner if not the senior manager.“
“I had given this location a bad review previously but I had an amazing experience with Darelle it's pronounced dare E elle, is his name. He helped my girlfriend on her Birthday and made her day. He deserves all the credit for making this restaurant run smoothly. Hopefully this review and what I would imagine others he receives help him get the credit he deserves.“
