Was craving fries...hit the drive thru, so no comment on atmosphere. After being asked if I wanted to use my rewards, I was then interrupted while starting to place my order... waited over three minutes before being asked to continue. Order was delivered correctly, but the fries weren't hot, making the entire meal lacking at best.
Had to wait in the drive thru for almost 1 hour to get my food that I ordered ahead on my app and when i got my fries they were cold so then i had to wait another like 5 to 8 mins to get hot ones.

I think I understand why Reviews are so bad.Employees make up stuff cause they don't want to work. If it says it's over 24 hours, you can cook whatever at any time.
