“Keke the manager is amazing! She welcomes everyone that walks in the door, checks on them to see if they need anything else and she even cleans tables. Restaurant was very clean, employees were under control, not yelling in the back or goofing off. I was very impressed!!“

“I went to visit this location I was met to by this wonderful worker by the name of Kelvin Sanchez. He treated me with the utmost respect, made sure my order was correct, and showed hospitality. Big shout out to Kelvin Sanchez at McDonald’s.“

“Horrible service I called to let them know my fish sandwich was burnt. The response was “Our grease needs to be changed so it’s browning the inside and outside of fish even more. I asked for refund I was hung up on. I called back Manager “Tabitha” was just as rude. My last time ordering from an established that is too cheap to change grease.“

“After a bad experience at the location on Ariana, we came here. I am so glad that we did. First when we walked in we were greeted, then we found clean tables in the dining room. “Well, let me start out this review by saying all of the McDonald’s in Pasco County suck they are absolutely the worst and we don’t go to them anymore. But I was running early for an appointment with one of my accountants and I had to stop and get gas. This McDonald’s was right next-door so I decided to give it a shot for breakfast. Wow, what a place the staff the service the food was absolutely incredible when I walked in. The girl said hi can I take your order instead of waiting about the car count? They really care about the customers and not how many people are in their cars waiting to get food. They brought my breakfast out to my table and said sorry about your wait. What wait I had just ordered two minutes ago and bang out came my food. The place is spotless. The staff is incredible and friendly. God. I wish we had this in Pasco County McDonald’s here all absolutely suck. They can never get anything right God bless you McDonald’s in Polk County. You are absolutely outstanding.💯“

“💯 excellent service for a large company breakfast order. I called and used mobile app, which I was not familiar with. They were so helpful on the phone and the manager was awesome!! “My first 20 Star review! Walked up late night when dine in was closed and explained I am driving an 18 Wheeler cant do drive thru.

Ordered a Big Mac and Fish Fillet at the front door. Women came back few minutes later and said dont worry about it. I got fed for free that night at McDees ❤️👌🇺🇸“

I called a few days before my daughter’s birthday because all she wanted was to treat her entire class to Happy Meals, and they made it happen—everything was ready right on time. I’m so grateful to the manager, Brina, for making it such a smooth experience.

I chose this McDonald’s specifically because the service is always exceptional. There’s one closer to me, but the level of service here just doesn’t compare.“

“I walked inside to place an order and what I saw surprised me. With a walker parked behind the McDonalds booth, Mr. G, a local, is playing a crossword puzzle with an McDonald’s employee. You can tell Mr. G comes to this McDonalds often. They laugh and talk life. What’s really cool - is to see several staff members treat him, like their own grandfather.

After seeing this, humanity does have a fighting chance. Thanks for the food and more importantly bringing me hope.“

“Staff is wonderful, I order on the app all the time and it is rare I have to wait for my food. If they don't have something they always offer an alternate. Food is almost always hot. Definitely one of the best McDonald's I have been too!“

“I’ve been to hundreds of McDonald’s worldwide and just had the absolute best bacon egg and cheese bagel meal or best food I’ve ever had at any location. The person on duty (after calling and finding out), Isaiah, has definitely set high standards for all others. Thanks for the perfect experience.“

“Zanaria has amazing customer service skills. Apparently, they had 2 duplicate orders except one had no onion. She stopped us from pulling off to double check our bag to make sure the order was correct and did it all with smiles and a great attitude. I know to most people that’s something small but when it’s 10PM and I’ve gone all day without eating and I just got off of work it means the world to me.“

“I went thru the drive thru on June 1 a little after midnight. It was the day of my birthday and I was just starting my celebration. Bre the manager was so kind. I yold her it was my birthday. She was like really. I was like yes. She made me feel very special for my birthday. She wished me a Happy Birthday. I asked her if she was the manager on duty she said yes. We stopped by this McDonald’s on our way to the beach, and it was… an experience 😅

I ordered the #7 (two breakfast burritos) with no cheese because I really don’t like processed cheese. I’ve ordered it this way before, but this time they said they couldn’t do it because it “comes with cheese already.” Not true 🙄—they just didn’t want to accommodate it. Either way, I ended up eating it, but could only handle one because the cheese was way too much.

My husband is super picky about bacon—he likes it crispy—and this was definitely not it. It was soggy sadness 🥓😬 (see photo… it tells the story). He ended up tossing it.

Also, the girl at the speaker could’ve had a little more enthusiasm—it felt like we were interrupting her day 😐

That said, we usually have decent experiences here. It is fast food, after all, and it did the job for the moment 🍟 It filled our bellies and got us back on the road.“
