“Everything is 5 stars! The people, the food, the beverages!! They never disappoint with the crispiness of the chicken nuggets! The chicken nuggets never have a bad after taste like other locations sometimes tastes weird, but this location gets 5/5! Also the people are super kind and never rude. I know i can count on this location to make the best iced coffees for my buck! No kidding! Other times i regret spending when the iced coffees don’t taste good. But this location NEVER disappoints! 5/5!! Please never change“

“Horrible service I called to let them know my fish sandwich was burnt. The response was “Our grease needs to be changed so it’s browning the inside and outside of fish even more. I asked for refund I was hung up on. I called back Manager “Tabitha” was just as rude. My last time ordering from an established that is too cheap to change grease.“

“9 years later and I can honestly say their customer service has improved 100%. The atmosphere is fantastic because I never leave my car. It takes a while to cook four to six large french fries for one order so I expect to wait. Employees are friendly each visit.

It's hit or miss with getting orders correct. Lately they have been doing great with orders being correct AND getting hot fries. McDonald's French fries are delicious especially when they're hot.“

“I tried calling but couldn’t get thru. I just want to say I’ve never been in your store. However, EVERYTIME i have gone thru the drive thru EVERY EMPLOYEE has been so courteous!!! Today 7.22.26 about 8:00pm I ran They real quick. There at the 2nd windows the young man acknowledged my dog with a small cup of whipped cream!!!! She’s a snob lol but you scored BIG with me as she is my love. I enjoyed the whipped cream very much!! I have freely the “Chik-fil-A experience each time. Great job“

Ordered a Big Mac and Fish Fillet at the front door. Women came back few minutes later and said dont worry about it. I got fed for free that night at McDees ❤️👌🇺🇸“

I called a few days before my daughter’s birthday because all she wanted was to treat her entire class to Happy Meals, and they made it happen—everything was ready right on time. I’m so grateful to the manager, Brina, for making it such a smooth experience.

I chose this McDonald’s specifically because the service is always exceptional. There’s one closer to me, but the level of service here just doesn’t compare.“

“I’ve been to hundreds of McDonald’s worldwide and just had the absolute best bacon egg and cheese bagel meal or best food I’ve ever had at any location. The person on duty (after calling and finding out), Isaiah, has definitely set high standards for all others. Thanks for the perfect experience.“

“I have been to this McDonald's location several times and have always had good service. Today however was different. I did a mobile table service order and a short while later a girl brought out my tray. She didn't say hello, didn't make eye contact, didn't say here is your order, she just kind of pushed the tray at me and turned immediately and left. I thanked her as she walked away but I got no response. It's possible I guess that she has a disability of some type maybe hearing or something. I hope that's not the case but I felt I needed to mention this.

I realize that you don't expect 5 start service at McDonald's but there has to be a bare minimum level of service. At least a smile or a nod or eye contact or something. Maybe she was having a bad day I'm not sure but you really don't need to be that way with customers.

Like I said before I have always had good service here but they should really say something to the girl who was working at delivering on this day.“

“I went thru the drive thru on June 1 a little after midnight. It was the day of my birthday and I was just starting my celebration. Bre the manager was so kind. I yold her it was my birthday. She was like really. I was like yes. She made me feel very special for my birthday. She wished me a Happy Birthday. I asked her if she was the manager on duty she said yes. She was kind and had a beautiful personality. Thanks to Bre was her professional and her kind attitude.“

We stopped by this McDonald’s on our way to the beach, and it was… an experience 😅

I ordered the #7 (two breakfast burritos) with no cheese because I really don’t like processed cheese. I’ve ordered it this way before, but this time they said they couldn’t do it because it “comes with cheese already.” Not true 🙄—they just didn’t want to accommodate it. Either way, I ended up eating it, but could only handle one because the cheese was way too much.

My husband is super picky about bacon—he likes it crispy—and this was definitely not it. It was soggy sadness 🥓😬 (see photo… it tells the story). He ended up tossing it.

Also, the girl at the speaker could’ve had a little more enthusiasm—it felt like we were interrupting her day 😐

That said, we usually have decent experiences here. It is fast food, after all, and it did the job for the moment 🍟 It filled our bellies and got us back on the road.“

“I walked inside to place an order and what I saw surprised me. With a walker parked behind the McDonalds booth, Mr. G, a local, is playing a crossword puzzle with an McDonald’s employee. You can tell Mr. G comes to this McDonalds often. They laugh and talk life. What’s really cool - is to see several staff members treat him, like their own grandfather.

After seeing this, humanity does have a fighting chance. Thanks for the food and more importantly bringing me hope.“
