“Kept seeing Facebook posts about this place so we stopped by for a sandwich. The Cuban sandwich was really good and the meat was great quality and very plentiful. It’s hard to find a good Cuban sandwich and it definitely did not disappoint. Staff was very friendly and the place was clean. Will delete go back.“

“It never stops amazing me how CFA finds ways to improve service and speed for the volume that goes through here. You can order at your table on the mobile app, they will take your order tables idea. You can order on the mobile app and then sit in the drive thru or go inside, and they'll bring it to your table! They don't really say no to any request. Super company and we're proud of this location!

“This location, Wendy’s Restaurant #00011861 at 00011861 Innovation Drive, is an excellent little quick meal restaurant. Our group of three diners enjoyed a great meal together whilst leaving Orlando area, and were pleasantly surprised, as most quick-dining experiences leave much to be desired. The dining area was remarkably clean and well maintained.Most important: Wonderful Staff and management. It was refreshing to actually go to a fast food joint and see actual adults managing and participating actively in running this restaurant, (in comparison with competitors like McDonald’s or Burger King, which notoriously are run by teenagers… here, the adults were supervising/training the younger staff members, which again seemed to make a huge distinction from all other Wendy’s I have been to in a lifetime).That was most of our first fast food meal in a very long time and it definitely restored a little faith that not all fast food is terrible as an occasional treat.“

This location seems to always have friendly employees and I usually stop at this location specifically when traveling between Tampa and Orlando for I know I will usually get fast friendly service!! Management at this location seems to have this location in great spirits and I will continue to use it frequently!! Thanks for the good, friendly service!!“

“Between my coworkers and myself we are at this location many times a week. Once in a while it's slow, but everyone has always been super nice and I've never had a problem with my orders which is practically unheard of with fast food lol.“

“I was never told when I called about this place that you have to pre-order anything I was told they've got all kinds of gluten-free and baked entrees well I came from Lakeland there's nothing baked no cookies no cinnamon rolls no danishes and nothing like that they have a lasagna and meatloaf and it's everything is pre-order well I never know when I'm in the area so therefore I was very extremely disappointed.“

Now to the good part.
I'm updating my particular review of this Wendy's because it's an example of excellence in the fast food industry. Over the past few years, my family and I have visited this particular Wendy's in Lakeland FL ( Lakeland highlands blvd, same place as Lowe's, across from Arby's and SAM's club) regularly and at all times of day. I've been here near open for a Honey Butter chicken biscuit. I've taken my kids here after a morning hike for some lunch, and I've eaten here near closing time after waiting tables all evening at another local restaurant. Their level of service and dedication to making their food the best way possible is noteworthy. So go get yourself a baconator and frosty! It will be just what you want right when you need it.“

“I've never really been disappointed at all. The food has been fantastic always prepared well, fresh and hot. My last visit inside, the manager was actually walking around asking how everything was. Nice to see that. You can't beat the prices on the biggie bags. Very satisfied“

“This particular Culver it's located in a very busy construction areas, so if you go around lunch time the place will be quite busy.
The bathroom is squeaky clean, customers service it's top notch, and food is fresh and excellent.
My order this day was North Cod Fish sandwich on a meal, and a Grill Chicken sandwich also on a meal. Both were fresh and juicy delicious. Highly recommend Culver's above any other 'fast food'.“

“Unsure if Shawna is still in management, because the service & food quality was poor at this location for years. Not to mention Shawna the manager was very rude when needing an order corrected. However, for the past few months visits the customer service and food quality has improved significantly. The cashier Ashley was very pleasant and professional.“

“After months of waiting to try this food truck I went there @515 tonight to try it only to find they were cash only. I left decided to go to an atm when I got back about ten minutes later he was closed. I took a chance and knocked .. the gentleman was still inside I told him I had cash and he said give me 19 minutes it’ll be ready. I ordered (3) 3 taco w rice and refried beans. “We both wanted to eat somewhat healthy. I was hungry for the super food salad which has been discontinued. I opted for the spicy southwest salad and chose creamy avocado ranch dressing. This will definitely be one of my favorites. My spouse chose the wrap and frosted lemonade. We have always liked this location, but this visit was even more impressive.“
