“This is the newest location almost out on Shepherd Rd/S FL Ave intersection. A step above the other fast food joints. I had a Cobb Salad w/chicken nuggets on top with a chocolate milkshake. Excellent choice as it was crisp and fresh. The service, as usual, was top notch.“

“Stopped by the North Lakeland Chick-fil-A after visiting the mall since the one inside is always packed. I decided to dine in and the morning shift was amazing. Everyone was super kind and checked on me a few times to see if I needed anything. My food was fresh, hot, and came out quick. I’ll be honest, I used to avoid this location because of a bad experience a few weeks ago with someone whose name started with an El----, I never even got her name because all I could see was her demanding things and raising her voice at her peers. I know how stressful fastfood is but if this is someones reaction to a busy day I truly feel bad for those around her and she needs to find some where else to work...anyways. I felt kind of ignored back then and started going to the Chipotle nearby instead. But today completely changed my mind.
