Love the staff and food!! The atmosphere, needs some work! Honestly, I second guess it every time. You spent the money in rebranding....let's get the franchises up to standard too. Time for updates!!
Spent $30.00 on dinner this afternoon. I paid for it, and had to wait for them to cook 3 tenders and the okra. Had additional time to wait for them to get the order together. A longer wait... They had issues trying to figure out how much change they were to give back to me. The cashier had entered the incorrect amount I provided to him for the order and (3 people) couldn't figure it out on their own. I asked the expeditor did he remember to include the coleslaw and he stated it...read full review
