How about you call the place be nice and understand mistakes happen. Instead of complaining and ruining someone's day or career sounds like something someone dose when they call Publix. “Was on road today and craving some fried chicken, found this place online with good reviews so stopped. It’s a small place so keep an eye out or you’ll miss it but oh it’s well worth it. This isn’t KFC, Popeyes or any other fast food chicken shop this is delicious like GMA made fried chicken! “There's no seating so it's strickly take out. The food was fresh and not dried out. I had the chicken tenders, potato wedges and a honey biscuit. The honey biscuit wasn't as tasty as I expected but it was still edible. The chicken tenders were juicy and tender. The potato wedges could have been better they were starting to get dry from being in the hot case too long. Over all not bad for gas station food“

“Food is always great. Service, well each time I go it is a long Wait, but this time was too long. I went into the restaurant about 5:15 PM on a Tuesday, no one was in the restaurant except for Six employees. I ordered two large chicken salad and there were no containers in the display case so they had to make them. They took my order and had me pay and then three girls proceeded to have a conversation behind the counter and no one was in the kitchen. Then all of a sudden two guys and a woman show up in the kitchen, but did more talking than service. It took me well over 20 minutes for them to just put some chicken salad in a container and hand it to me. Each time I’ve been there it’s been very slow service. I’m all for enjoying when you work where you work, however, your customers should truly come first. I hope the service improves, the food is great.“
