Horrible service. I have been to the same PFQ twice, both visits were more than unpleasant.
First visit, my order was entirely wrong andI couldnt eat it at all, as it was on the list of foods my doctor has told me not to eat. I called the store the manager said she would refund my money to my card, she never did. Lying thieves.
2nd visit, which will be my last ever to any PDQ, asked for my receipt after paying cash and she closed the window on me. I honked my horn and waited,...read full review

Did not get a quality order tonight very disappointed 😢 fries hard and cold missing sauces could not tell the difference in the sandwiches nothing labeled crispy chicken no lettuce tomato 🍅 did not receive family order of Mac and cheese short! Value for the price wasn’t there tonight! Believe me open your order up pull everything up and apart before you drive off TOTALLY DIsapoitment!!
