“We have been here twice now, and love everything about this place. The food is incredible. Juicy chicken, soft and fluffy biscuits, crispy waffles, inventive pairings and combinations fit for any palette. Do not pass go without trying the shitake mushroom gravy.The service is as warm and inviting as their biscuits are buttery. LuLu was an angel to us and our children, putting a bow on an overall incredible experience.”

“Everything we got was delicious! Love the personal feel because it’s family owned! I got an açaí bowl, with all fruit, granola, peanut butter, and cocoa nibs. My daughter got a pink lotus smoothie no nuts and added pineapple, then my youngest got a Nutella-wich, which she loved and decent portion! So mom got to enjoy some as well ❤️ would 100% return! “First time Visiting Kanji and won't be my last! The space is absolutely beautiful and comfortable! Everywhere I looked, I saw something new. The service was AMAZING! We were seated and greeted with these washcloths. Our server was SOOO sweet and really was helpful. One of my favorite foods are Buns and these pork buns were GREAT! The pork has such a nice flavor! Spring rolls were delicious and the side dishes were YUM! those gyozas were juicy and flavorful!!!! The ramen was pretty good as well- one of my favvvv things is udon and when I found out they had that add in, I was SHOOK!!! The only thing is, the broth wasn't my favorite! It was ok but I wish there was more depth in flavor. I've had many ramens in the past and this one is in middle ground, so it's ok, but not the best I've had. Dessert was BUSSIN!!!! Very yummy! I love that they offer those little meal bundles because I was able to get a little of everything for a great price! All in all, this is a great spot for lunch and/or dinner and I would def recommend! I'm excited to come back and try the skewers and sushi!”

“This trendy restaurant has delicious vegan food that’s cooked perfectly. I recommend the yucca frita and Mac and cheese, breakfast is also very well cooked. I try to stop here anytime I’m traveling through this area. I order for my family that isn’t vegan they love the food here. The service is friendly, food is fresh. They also have cute appeal and vegan snacks. I highly recommend this restaurant.”

“Stopped on the way home from out of town. Small family owned business with a fast casual feel but way better food. When the food came out with sumac I was hyped because I knew it would be good. The woman who took my order was very nice and helpful. The hummus was amazing, creamy in texture and the pita was warm and fresh. SOO good. The babaganoush was not my favorite because I prefer creamier but it was still quite good. Fattoush salad dressing was incredible. I got it with chicken and I didn't even need to. Falafel wrap was amazing. The falafel was fresh, the wrap was press toasted perfectly I love a toasted wrap. Light balsamic glaze on the outside, it was the perfect portion. Get a wrap! If I go back (quite out of the way from where I am probably an hour) I would get hummus, fattoush and a falafel wrap. I got a to go mix grill, I picked at the meat to try. It wasn't bad but not my favorite thing I ate there. If you like fresh mint their mint lemonade is delicious.”

“We dined at Mission BBQ on Saturday evening. This was our first visit to Mission BBQ and we had the Pulled Pork meal with Fries and Beans and ended up dining in. The employees were all very friendly and helpful and the food was very good. Both of us, my wife Mary Jo and myself decided we would definitely be going back soon!Parking: This location is situated in the plaza shared by the Kanes furniture store and other businesses so PLENTY of parking is available.”

“If you love Nola and live in Tampa visit this restaurant. Tibbys New Orleans kitchen will provide New Orleans inspired dishes while the providing a clean (not New Orleans like in that sense) environment decorated with New Orleans based items. The place is cool inside but feels more like a Vegas version of New Orleans. Lacks the live music, old buildings and historic feel (because only Nola can ever provide that) but still a cool place to be in. The food is more Nola inspired than authentic Nola but still delicious. Bottomless mimosas/bloody Mary’s or sangria available during brunch. Overall a 4 star rating. Prices are Nola compatible if you know what I mean.”

We love the meatball and hot honey, also have to say I love that you can split pizza so you can enjoy both! The avocado spread with the bread, is good. “Ploy Thai is a beautiful restaurant with attentive service and delicious food. The Crispy Duck Panang was the best we've had anywhere in Tampa Bay and the Pad Thai was delicious and a huge portion! We had the banana pudding cheesecake that night. O. M. G. If you like banana pudding and you like cheesecake, you'll LOVE this! The slices are so large that half of it was more than enough! I also got a slice of the chocolate cheesecake, which we haven't had yet, but I'm sure it's amazing as well. Highly recommend!”

They are THE standard for me now for a banh mi, I can’t see it getting any better than that (I got the combination banh mi). The fried dumplings were amazing as well, super crispy, the filling was great. The Chinese sausage sticky fried rice was very yummy as well. The tiger tea and the Vietnamese espresso with condensed milk were just as amazing as the food. Must try, nothing bad I could say. The environment was open, truly a family ran business which was so sweet to see, and everyone was so nice.”

The staff was excellent, service was quick & food was delicious. Staff member Toni went above & beyond to take care of our family. The orders can take a minute but I like that they are always fresh. “We started with the grape leaves and falafel apps. I was pleasantly surprised that the grape leaves were not served cold as most places do. Hot grape leafs are my favorite. The falafel was perfectly cooked. Reminded me of my mom’s cooking. My wife got the chicken Shawarma plate and enjoyed it . I got the mixed grill plate and it did not disappoint. All halal meat was cooked and flavored very well. Portion size was great for the prize . We both took some food home. Aside from the food Majdi , the gentleman behind the counter which I think is the owner was very welcoming , warm and made us feel at home right away. Only downfall is that we wish we lived closer but will definitely be coming back !”

“Well, it's been quite a while since my wife and I visited Red Lobster, just before Covid hit and we were out in Denver, so this was definitely a treat for us.We had reservations for 6:30 but arrived early as we normally do. The staff had no problem seating us right away because the restaurant was not busy at all.Our server was very pleasant and professional and demonstrated great customer service.Service was surprisingly very quick. As we were finishing our appetizer, stuffed mushrooms, our entries arrived. My wife had the Admerals feast, which is mostly fried seafood, a baked potato, and Broccoli. Mine was the ultimate platter and preferred mostly baked and grilled items, a baked potato, and steamed broccoli.My wife told me that the butterfly shrimp had an old frozen taste, as did the fried class. The rest of her dinner was good. She wasn't really complaining but just was stating that these two items were really nothing special as far as taste goes.My platter had the lobster tail, Walt's Shrimp, grilled shrimp, and grilled scallops. Everything from my platter was good and eaten wholeheartedly. The Lobster was really small, in my opinion, and had no kind of a spice taste, just a sweet Lobster taste.We did not have dessert because we were really full and were heading to a movie right after leaving.So we settled our bill, and I left our server a nice tip, all in $2.00 bills. This is my custom when I tip because it is unique.Now for the only real negative experience during our visit. We both needed to use the restrooms before we left, and upon entering, we both found that each of the restrooms was a disaster. They looked as if nobody had checked the facilities for hours. Products were out of stock, and one commode in the ladies' room was unserviceable because of overflow. No more details, but you can imagine.We spoke with the manager and told him our dinner was great and then we told him about the restrooms. He did apologize and said he would get them looked after right away.So all in all, a good experience, good food and a pleasant experience.I would like to see this location return or introduce more nautical elements to the motif, the same for the background music. It was kind of distracting listening to the same music that we hear while shopping for our groceries.Good place to eat, a good place to visit and a good location to start your evening.”
