Only been here three times in the past 6 months but each time, they’ve been friendly, well spoken, and super helpful which is seems to be rare nowadays. And today’s visit was no different. It is because of the employees that when my kids are having a craving for McDonald’s, I will go out of my way to stop by this one. The fried chicken is the closest to the Amish's Broasted chicken that we've found! Amish cooking is the best overall but there are close seconds. Your restaurant is one of the few my friend and I patronize here in Brandon. We're loyal patrons of certain establishments. I am a senior, over 70, with hearing loss in my right ear, as a result, I talk a little louder in noisy settings, but it certainly isn't yelling. Unfortunately, in today's world if you speak above a whisper, you're accused of yelling. Sad people can't handle someone speaking above a whisper. I'm old school and in my life experience, people have the freedom to speak up when it's deserved. I visited your restaurant today, Sept 13, 2026, about 12:15pm(seated at 12:50pm) and put my name on the list, 20 minute wait. I told the young lady if a space came open at the counter, I'd take it. About 10 minutes into the 20 minute wait, I noticed an empty seat, told the hostess I was going to see if it was taken and walked over. The seat was taken so I walked back over to the hostess and ask her to keep my place. Several new walkins were seated while I was waiting. Excuse me, I asked the hostess, I have been waiting for over 20 minutes and not been seated and you're sitting others? The front line manager walked over and told me not to yell at the employee. I was not yelling and told her I couldn't hear with my right ear (and there was so much noise), I had been waiting for a table for over 20 minutes and others were seated while I was still waiting. (Trust me, if I was yelling the whole restaurant would have been privy to the conversation.) She walked away then returned and lead me to a seat with an attitude. I'm sorry, but there was no acknowledgement when I asked the hostess to keep my place after discovering the counter seat was taken. After the scene, I noticed I had received a text that my place in line had been cancelled. The hostess could have apologized and seated me because she cancelled my name but that wasn't what happened. I honestly do not feel the situation should have gone as far as it did. The staff took it out of context to the event instead of asking what the situation was instead of walking up with a hostile attitude, creating a scene. Again, we enjoy your food, the service and for the most part, glitches happen, the staff are doing their jobs with smiles, professional and efficient. I feel these young hostesses, because they have no life experience are extremely emotional for these positions. Thank you for your time and attention.”

“Two to three Sundays of every month we eat at Latin Grill with a small group after church. There is never a wait, we always have fast and friendly service and the food is delicious. We especially love their Cafe con leche. My favorites are their baked chicken with yellow rice and black beans, their salmon, and their grouper bites. One of our Favorite places to eat.”

“I've been going to this discount bakery for over 10 years. This is where I get all my bread. Prices are about 1/2 what grocery stores charge, BUT most of it is either at or close to expiration. I have a large freezer so I buy for that. The best deal is the $2.00 Dave's products. I've seen them as much as $5.00 in the supermarkets. Flowers is one of the largest bakery corporations. They own Nature's Own, Tastycake, Wonder, Daves, etc. If you have a sweet tooth, the price on Tastycake products cant be beat. Sometimes, they are 2 for $5.00 or $2.00 a box. And they are pretty much the same as off the grocery shelf. I've bought boxes of cupcakes, donut sticks, and every kind of cake and they last weeks. Even if you only need a loaf of bread or two, it's worth going here. You will save money.”

I was not yelling and told her I couldn't hear with my right ear (and there was so much noise), I had been waiting for a table for over 20 minutes and others were seated while I was still waiting. (Trust me, if I was yelling the whole restaurant would have been privy to the conversation.) She walked away then returned and lead me to a seat with an attitude. I'm sorry, but there was no acknowledgement when I asked the hostess to keep my place after discovering the counter seat was taken. After the scene, I noticed I had received a text that my place in line had been cancelled. The hostess could have apologized and seated me because she cancelled my name but that wasn't what happened. I honestly do not feel the situation should have gone as far as it did. The staff took it out of context to the event instead of asking what the situation was instead of walking up with a hostile attitude, creating a scene. Again, we enjoy your food, the service and for the most part, glitches happen, the staff are doing their jobs with smiles, professional and efficient. I feel these young hostesses, because they have no life experience are extremely emotional for these positions. Thank you for your time and attention.”

I ordered goat curry and jerk chicken, both served with rice, cabbage, and plantains. The owner and chef, who was friendly, managed everything on her own-at that time. The good portions of the two dishes cost under $40. I noticed there weren't any visible prices for the meals, so I had to inquire about them. It would be great if the prices were displayed more prominently. Overall, great vibe!”

I've been going to this Wingstop location maybe once or twice a week since it's opened, me and my guy Tyrohn are on a first name basis at this point.
Everytime I come in to the establishment I am given elite customer service, and immaculate wings.
Tyrohn sees to it that I have everything I need (Sauces, etc.) and then always tells me to have a good rest of my day, like clockwork. If someone knows what superb customer service is, it's my dude Tyrohn. The fact that I always receive elite customer service and also that the wings are excellent is why I keep coming back to this location.”
