Mcdonald's continues to decline in all categories. This particular restaurant is retrofitted with mainly kiosks and maybe there's somebody at the counter to take your order. This is terrible for an elderly. My 87-year-old father barely knows how to use his smartphone, Let him figure out how to make an order on the kiosk. I went to McDonald's Sunday and did a mobile order. I meant to put it for drive thru but as a pulled to the window, they informed me that I set it up for counter. Then instead of just giving me the food through the drive thru anyway, they made me come inside. So I had to inconveniently park my car and go inside. Big line early morning have things to do. I have a chocolate shake I order . I sit through the line get up there. The guy handed me a vanilla shake. I said I ordered chocolate. He said it is chocolate. I taste it. It was vanilla. He proceeds to tell me they don’t have chocolate shakes. ???????? Waste my time????
