I purposely went in to order because it's a pain going through the drive through only to have to go in and get what was not put in the bag. Did not disappoint, went in, received my order, immediately checked it .... Yep missing two burgers. That place is the worst. The big Mac had a little dressing in the bottom bun and ice cold. Nuggets cold and chewy. The employees don't care and just fool around.

Big line early morning have things to do. I have a chocolate shake I order . I sit through the line get up there. The guy handed me a vanilla shake. I said I ordered chocolate. He said it is chocolate. I taste it. It was vanilla. He proceeds to tell me they don’t have chocolate shakes. ???????? Waste my time????

Mcdonald's continues to decline in all categories. This particular restaurant is retrofitted with mainly kiosks and maybe there's somebody at the counter to take your order. This is terrible for an elderly. My 87-year-old father barely knows how to use his smartphone, Let him figure out how to make an order on the kiosk. I observed him and my young nephew struggled to figure out how the kiosk worked. I had to intervene so that could put the payment through. The new setup is completely unfriendly which is the exact opposite of what McDonald's should be.

I went to McDonald's Sunday and did a mobile order. I meant to put it for drive thru but as a pulled to the window, they informed me that I set it up for counter. Then instead of just giving me the food through the drive thru anyway, they made me come inside. So I had to inconveniently park my car and go inside. Then inside I waited at the counter a minute till someone finally came and asked if I ordered already. I said mobile order. Then the woman rudely pointed and said over there at the mobile pick up area. Then I went there and none of the bags had my name. So I asked where at? Then she went to the back and handed it to me, but did not seem friendly at all. I was going to ask her name to put in this review but maybe she just had a bad day. Hopefully she's not treating everyone else with this attitude.

We arrived early in the morning, ordered quickly, fresh food but missing the Canadian bacon on 2 egg McMuffins, and given the wrong size smoothie. Many tables were dirty, 1 customer was babysitting his coffee, while across the room another was asleep. Drunk? We spent $25.44 for this. (For lunch, our Chick-fil-A was the same cost for a perfect meal)
