“I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place. Food is tasty, just the right size portions. The manger that's been there both Saturdays we were there was super friendly and accommodating.
The pricing is right on point with the portion size.
My Wife and Daughter really love the specialty coffee drinks. Me, I prefer a good cup of black coffee and theirs is very enjoyable.

To tell how good they are, after writing this review I asked the family where they wanted to go for a late breakfast and Maple St was their first choice.“

“We've driven by a million times and finally got to stop by today...Im so sad that we had not stopped sooner! This will be my new coffee stop. I got the carmelicious cold brew and it's so good, I was honestly surprised on how delicious it was. We also got 2 waffle sandwiches and they were amazing. The sweetness and crisp of the waffles really complemented the sausage and egg. 100% recommended!“

“I discovered this place by chance yesterday (August 9, in the afternoon) after eating at another restaurant in the same plaza. I saw they sold beverages and decided to give it a try — the menu options looked amazing! I ended up ordering food too, and it was so delicious that I came back again this morning (August 10) for breakfast.

The ladies who attended me both days were incredibly kind and welcoming. On both visits, one of them even tried to make a heart in my cappuccino, which was such a sweet touch. The food is fresh and full of flavor, and the atmosphere makes you feel right at home.

“I understand reviews can hurt a business so I want do a 1 star. Not sure if you guys are trying to save money or cut corners at customers expense...but the Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea literally taste like tea and water..very weak. I asked you to add more milk because it was not good the last time I purchased it. I honestly been driving a few extra miles to Zen Dumplings to order the boboa tea...because it literally taste how yours use to taste. I was a loyal customer with several loyalty cards but I will not be back. Customer service has never been a problem. Please use this review to do better before you lose more loyal customers.“

“I got a toffee nut iced latte. It was $8 for a 16oz. The drink was great, the baristas were very kind. However the food is disgusting. I got a cheese danish and the cream cheese center was very hard for some reason, and the “pastry” bread was very dense, tough, and tasteless. Did not take more than a single bite. They play their own music, which isn’t bad, but can be kind of raunchy sometimes lol“

“In travelling for work I have visited many a Starbucks but none of them compare to this particular Starbucks location. I have never received such amazing, friendly, timely, and perfect service from any Starbucks. The staff here is AMAZING!!!!! They are always on point, never missing a beat with orders. Every customer is greeted with such enthusiasm and after just one or two visits I was greeted by my first name as soon as I walked in the door. I typically use mobile ordering and after one week in Brandon my order was waiting for me and regardless of who was there to make sure I received the order I was met with a smile behind the masks. I spent almost six months in Brandon for work and this Starbucks location made it bearable for me to be away from home each and every week. ☺️😊 To each and every employee here, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for what you do each and every day, for your kindness, and for just being nothing short of AWESOME!!!!“

“HUGE shout out to Amanda and the AMAZING Baristas and staff at the Starbucks in Valrico at Mt Carmel & 60. I came in with a big order (9 drinks) as a treat for our schools Preschool teachers, and the Baristas & staff tackled it even amid the busy morning crowd they already had. They all had smiles and were SO helpful. Order was great and fast for as many drinks as I had! Your team made my Preschool teachers' day!!!!!!“
