“Service was excellent workers were very nice however, headsets do not appear to have covers on them for individual workers. These are about $6 box retail on Amazon. This makes me wonder if other corners are being cut due to cheapness. I work and healthcare and have seen ear infections caused by shared headsets and this is a very cheap/easy fix.“

I have never received such amazing, friendly, timely, and perfect service from any Starbucks. The staff here is AMAZING!!!!! They are always on point, never missing a beat with orders. Every customer is greeted with such enthusiasm and after just one or two visits I was greeted by my first name as soon as I walked in the door. I typically use mobile ordering and after one week in Brandon my order was waiting for me and regardless of who was there to make sure I received the order I was met with a smile behind the masks.
