Dropped by after dinner for some expensive ice cream. They keep it in the back, not out in the cooler. I really like to see my overpriced ice cream before I buy it so I decided not to get any. A nice employee followed me into the parking lot and ensured me they could get me ice cream. So nice and helpful. He also told me not to post a negative review because they have ice cream. Here is your not negative review.
Horrible the manager there is rude told me I ordered wrong when he wasn't listening instead of saying I'm sorry he got mad and we both were yelling at each other I cussed him out and he tells me I'm a bad mom and if I wasn't in uniform he would come across the counter dunkin needs to really watch who they are hiring because that would have been his last damn day coming across any counter I want to add I am pregnant and never had any issue with Dunkin' I stay close to this one...read full review
