Based on the reviews, The Hawk is a breakfast and lunch place with amazing service, quick and easy, and a relaxing experience. The food is great, with kids loving the Mickey Mouse pancakes, which a server gladly replaced when one daughter did not prefer the sprinkles. Other popular meals include the eggs Benedict BLT, salmon salad, veggie wrap, blueberry pancake, corned beef hash, breakfast potatoes, iced lattes, parfaits, Chicken Tinga Omelettte, Canopy Special, and a NY Everything Bagel. The chipotle aioli is sooooo good, and the eggs taste fresh and are cooked perfectly. The restaurant is smaller than expected, and some bread items are grilled on the same grill top. Customer service is exceptional, with a young lady at the counter taking the stress of tipping away. This is the best breakfast place around and a new go-to spot.
