Went in a few Sunday’s ago with a party of 6 outside. First, what seemed to be a manager came out and took half of our order then a younger waitress came and grabbed the rest. It was taking a very long time, after inquiring with the waitress, the manager returned to say it shouldn’t be too much longer. After nearly an hour, the manager comes out to say it should be out soon and proceeds to throw her newly hired young waitress under the bus and blames the delay on her. It was discovered that our order was never put into the kitchen when we were initially sat but rather than take the blame herself the manager put it on her new hire. The service was horrendous and felt bad for the new waitress and would quit immediately. Will not be returning due to the incompetence and what seemed to be overwhelmed weekend staff.Response to owners’s reply:The fact that you continue to not take accountability and blame the young waitress is something. Also, the condescending nature of your reply as an owner shows the absolute zero customer service that you possess. Avoid this business.

We just recently moved to the Fishhawk area and was hoping to find a local breakfast joint that we could go to. Either this place has gone downhill bc the owners don’t care or they are spread so thin with other locations, they let things slide. 3 consecutive times I’ve been there, they’ve messed up my order. The staff didn’t appear to care. That’s usually a reflection of the owner(s). Thankfully there’s a Cracker Barrel nearby.Adding to my review after the “owner’s” response:That is a misstatement of facts; I ate less than half the meal before pushing it away. And by your arrogant response, it’s clear you’re more interested in your ego than taking care of your customers. Good luck with that. We definitely won’t be back.

Our family tried this out about 1 month ago and have been back twice since. We have dined in and did carry out. Very good breakfast & lunch choices overall and very tasty. Easy to order take out and just pick up as well. It’s exciting to have another breakfast and lunch spot close by that we can support! Very impressed with this restaurant and hope you will be as well.
