This order was a takeout, and I showed up on time for pu. They looked like the order was never processed, and I waited 15min before the order was ready. Got home, and i was missing the shrimp skewers. I got a text that I left my chicken wings, which was wrong. Ordered a steak medium it was medium raw and too closeout all my issues. Everything we did get was cold except my wings, which is probably what they forgot, which delayed the pu 15mins. Outback is not what they used to be!
To many people involved with the dinning experience. Lack of knowledge on how to make what was ordered. The waitress was excellent, food was up to par. The food was served to wrong persons when asked if this was right, the server was wrong. Did not know rare from medium. Waitress did though. Margaritas first one was made by someone that did not know how to make it. The second was made correctly. Was still charged for both no discount. Always good, just want to point out that for deliveries, the sticky tags should be placed so that the delivery person cannot fit their hands in the bag without a noticeable tear. With this one in the middle I was able to easily take out the bag with the bread and utensils AND my appetizer tray. Staple in the middle, two sticky tags on the sides ??
