Had a visit to this location on a Monday night for my son’s birthday dinner and the experience was mixed. Overall I spent over $100 on 3 adults and a kid and left unsatisfied. All three salads that were ordered came out with way too much dressing on them. All three of us sent the salads back and the restaurant did nothing to remedy this. The steaks we ordered were of low quality. The Tbone was super fatty. We ordered two sirloins, one of them was delicious and the other was extremely tough, they’re just low quality cuts of meat. We sent one of the sirloins back and didn’t even replace it. No manager ever came to talk to us and nothing was offered. They did take the steak we sent back off the bill but that was it. The restaurant was very slow when we went and the food still took about 45 minutes to come out. I don’t see myself visiting this location again.

Quinten provided exceptional service to us and everyone around us! He made our experience so lovely, and you could tell he truly cared about what he did and was so genuine. I feel like it is rare in this day and age (especially post Covid) to find servers who are so willing to go above and beyond, and he definitely did and we appreciated it.

Most of the time this location is solid on service and quality, even in very busy times of day. Well, not tonight. We stopped in around 7:40 and were seated almost immediately. So far so good, except our waiter never showed up. Fifteen minutes later we left. If they were busy that would have been one thing but they weren't. Very disappointing.
