“I made a reservation here for my birthday last minute because the restaurant I had planned didn’t want to accommodate to the amount of people I had. I had a party of 15. We arrived to Outback a little after our reservation time but they excited to see us. The manager thanked us for celebrating with them and offered us appetizers on the house. The service was 10/10. Annabelle our server didn’t miss a beat. She was friendly, kind and took very well care of us. We frequently dine as a family and it’s a lot of us. We were all amazed by how well they did. Food was also really good. This is definitely a spot you’ll want to come to if you have a big family.“

“My favorite breakfast restaurant in the area! The servers are all so nice! The food is great, and always arrives quickly after ordering! I usually get the meat lovers omelette with a biscuit and fresh fruit. Try to get here weekly, as time allows! Highly recommend!!“

“For takeout Chinese food, this is our absolute go to location. Our order is almost always ready within 20 minutes, it's fresh, piping hot, and delicious. And, the price is reasonable. When you walk in, the cook station is in sight, so, not only can you watch them cook your food, you can see the stations are clean, and we'll maintained. They have some of the best egg rolls and rangoons ever! We usually go with sweet and sour chicken, fried rice and extras. They also always include steamed white rice with your meal.“

Okay look here. This place has a rough google review and I can't speak for the entire menu but the Texas Burger is good. Is it great? Nope. But it isn't bad either. It was cooked well, had a good flavor with it, and was a decent size. It could have been juicer. The toppings complimented it well. It's pretty much a Rodeo or BBQ burger. I had no issues with the customer service either. I must say that the fries are absolutely terrible though. They have to evaluate them immediately for change. I can't say much for the rest of the menu but if ya need a burger and you're in the area it is safe to order.“

And then there is the food. I was brought back to my grandmother's cooking. Mind you, she is from Italy. The portions were large and, i are everything (i shouldn't have but, i couldn't stop). And then the desert, and I ate all of that as well. Would i recommend her? Well, I would almost consider not cooking and just eating here.“

“Service was excellent. Owner served us he was very friendly. The food was excellent. I had the Mezza appetizer which had Greek salad, dolmades, falafel, hummus, babaganoush and taziki sauce. My husband had some potato salad on his plate and I tried some it was so good. I was given spanikopita to sample. It was so flaky. I used the bathroom and it was clean and smelled nice.“

“25 mins to get our waters and drinks after sitting down...and then our waiter didn't put in my husbands dinner, so when the food came, it was an appetizer and 1 meal. Awful service. The Mgr made up for it by comping our first round of drinks and my husband's dinner (that was never put in), but wow. I feel like I was getting punked tonight.“

“I took my father here this passed fathers day along with my mom and uncle. We were looking for hibachi cooked at your booth/table so we were initially disappointed to see that they had downsized, but the server immediately addressed that concern and explained that they have had some trouble removing the photos on google still showing the old layout. That was much appreciated. We then proceeded to enjoy everything there from the gyoza appetizer to our Hibachi meals. They were perfectly cooked, just as they would have been in front of us, with generous portions and soup and salad included. Service was fantastic and we did not regret staying despite the downsize. Definitely recommend!“

“This is absolutely the best breakfast place in Brandon. I went in a busy day, Fathers day. Even though it was packed the wait was not long. The server was amazing. The food is so mouth watering. They have the best sweet tea, French toast and poached eggs. They have espresso infused syrup that makes the pancake even better, and thays saying a lot. They have both the best that suaces [i am a hot sauce person]. The price is right because this food and atmosphere so worth it.“

“The manager, Frank greeted us in such a friendly and warm manner. We were visiting friends that live in a nearby town after a long day at the beach & we arrived 40 mins before closing. He accommodated a party of 7 withy two young nieces that were sunburned & hungry (he even brought out damp cold paper towels to help soothe their sunburns). The appetizers, main dishes, drinks and dessert were delicious with exceptional customer service! We’ll definitely be back!“

“Two to three Sundays of every month we eat at Latin Grill with a small group after church. There is never a wait, we always have fast and friendly service and the food is delicious. We especially love their Cafe con leche. My favorites are their baked chicken with yellow rice and black beans, their salmon, and their grouper bites. One of our Favorite places to eat.“

“I have been a long-time frequent customer and was very disappointed after trying their new online order process. There was no disclaimer the order would be delivered through a meal service rather than their own drivers. I received cold pizza and soggy wings nearly 2 hours later after the new delivery service decided to drive my pizza around the area fulfilling other customer’s orders from other restaurants first, this is after it likely sat at the restaurant for 20-30 minutes after it was ready for delivery. Had I known this, I would have called in my order directly as I have done in the past. We live within 5 minutes of the store and always receive hot pizzas quickly when ordering via phone. I should have noticed the increased menu prices and realized it was to account for a delivery service fee, but I didn’t. There should be a disclaimer on your website that online orders are delivered through a contracted delivery service. When calling to get an update on the delay I was put on hold and hung up on four times before giving up.“

“I had the pleasure of dining in the Valrico restaurant and tho my review is not all pleasant the results of my issue was pleasant...My mom and I came in for dinner after her Chemo Treatment...Our waitress Bianca was very nice...we ordered our food a Pancake breakfast and Pot Pie...as we waited some time we noticed that tables whom were seated after us were getting their food...well after the 3rd table was served I finally called our waitress over to ask how long would it be she politely responded I'm checking on it now...so I asked could I please speak with a manager...The reason being is that I felt I didn't need to address the waitress because she was going to continue serving us and I didn't want the tension between us...The manager came out can't remember her name I explained to her that we had been waiting quite a while for our food and in the meantime no one said anything to us of why it's taking so long...she apologized and offered us freebies to our satisfaction...We refused the freebies because we wanted what we ordered we didn't come to get anything free...To my surprise she was very professional listened to our problem with a pleasant attitude...Even tho we refused she brought dessert to the table..just wanted to say Thank you to not only her but also Bianca I will definitely be back again...The our dinner was amazing...“
