“A wonderful experience enhanced by Zoey who was an outstanding frontline ambassador for expected service and care. I ventured away from my usual Thai Bowl and tried the Big Italy with crispy chicken and spaghetti squash. Dang…was it good! Portions were sufficient, well-prepared and proudly served. This selection might just become my favorite at Cali’s. Granted, the staff consists of young adults who are, in the least, committed to going to work to earn their pay. Their attitude is encouraging. Some of the comments posted may not be fair. One has to allow opportunity for on-the-spot redress of an actual or perceived wrong (the menu is self-explanatory or can be clarified by simply asking). “Five stars ***** True southern home style cooking. I can see why there is a line waiting out the door. The food is well seasoned. The buffet is quickly restocked when an item runs low. Nothing tastes like it was pre-made. Well worth the price.

“I took my father here this passed fathers day along with my mom and uncle. We were looking for hibachi cooked at your booth/table so we were initially disappointed to see that they had downsized, but the server immediately addressed that concern and explained that they have had some trouble removing the photos on google still showing the old layout. That was much appreciated. We then proceeded to enjoy everything there from the gyoza appetizer to our Hibachi meals. They were perfectly cooked, just as they would have been in front of us, with generous portions and soup and salad included. Service was fantastic and we did not regret staying despite the downsize. Definitely recommend!“

“I was shocked that my lunch, a sandwich, fries and a drink cost 💲 18.29, and then dissappointed when the meal actually came. The board you order from barely has any pricing on it. If you’re going the charge dinner pricing for lunch, the food should at least be freaking amazing. It was my first and definitely my last time.“

“Love the comfy chairs at the Riverview location! I came in for a solo breakfast and great service by Hunter even before I sat at the table. Once the hostess took me to my table I let her know I needed to use the restroom and by the time I got back Hunter already had a Glass of ice water and coffee at the table which I really thought was great since sometimes you have to wait a bit for just a glass of water. I spent 19 years in hospitality mainly managing and I watched Hunter interact with his tables and I can see Hunter is a great server; anticipating guest needs, making genuine connections and food suggestions. After COVID the hospitality industry has been having a rough time finding good workers and I think this location nailed it with Hunter.“

“Listen it's Applebee's however, we came in pretty late after a local high school graduation with a party of 14. We were not the only large party in attendance by the way. Our server, Jason was absolutely amazing accommodating and patient with our group which consisted of all age groups. The food was OK, because hey, it's Applebee's (no offense) but the service was top notch. People like Jason make the world go round, people like Jason make the world easier to navigate. We need more Jasons. Peace!“

“On a scale of 1 - 10, I rate this place 100! Eggs Up is my weekly Sunday hangout! Ever since relocating to Riverview in 2020, I made this my usual hangout! Everyone is so welcoming and the food is delicious! Special fist bumps go out to Amaya, Jackie, Lisa, Ary, T, Liz, and the Boss! But they are all super nice! My favorites include the Bananas Foster French Toast, the Baja Chicken Omelette, and the Creme Brûlée French Toast! They have healthy options too, which I have now started to order! :) I will occasionally bring a friend to dine here and will always bring my sister when she visits from Rhode Island. But I recommend them to everybody!! Thank you for making me feel so welcome, Eggs Up!! You are all sp-egg-tacular!!“
