“I took my daughter to this establishment for her birthday. We had reservations, but I noticed limited parking upon arrival; however, I found a spot. We waited a few minutes and were seated. Our server, Leah, greeted us, and we ordered beverages and an appetizer. I knew what I wanted right away, while my daughter took a bit longer and chose the lasagna. When the food arrived, the generous portions impressed us. Both of our meals were delicious. I mentioned to the server that it was my daughter's birthday. The head chef also checked in to see if everything was good. Bruce, who was fantastic, surprised my daughter with a big slice of chocolate cake and sang Happy Birthday with the crew. Great job! We will be back again.“

In March of this year and again last night at the St. Petersburg location food items are omitted without customer's knowledge, yet full price has been paid for a partial meal. Of course, when you call you get the standard "we can't give a refund cuz it was delivered by a 3rd party". Even though the bag was sealed by Outback and the attached receipt falsely listed all items ordered were enclosed. No phone or contact with customer was made to give a substitution offer. A complete pass poor customer service because they do not have to face you dining in. I think I will switch back to Carraba's across the street. As a pizza connoisseur who's tried pizza all over the world, I can honestly say Paizano's is one of my favorite spots in St. Pete. When I first moved here, it was one of the first places I visited, and I completely fell over on my two feet when I tried their pizza. The garlic crust is absolute perfection. 🤌🧄🍕

What keeps me coming back besides the word class pizza, is the family atmosphere. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and they practically know my order before I say it. You can tell this place is a community favorite where customers and staff genuinely enjoy seeing each other.

Don't let a line or a packed dining room keep you away—if anything, that's a sign you're about to have some outstanding pizza. 🔥🍕

And then the one thing I did put in there they didn't give me. I'd ordered two sweet and sours. They gave me three... Beware ordering online, when I called to address this issue I was told to hold on transferring to a manager and they hung up on me...
I will find a different place to order family food from... Because having a website that automatically adds two of something when you're ordering one is a rip-off“
