“I went to Black Crow Coffee for the first time yesterday and ordered the almond, mocha latte with oat milk and a vegan cream cheese croissant- both were so good! The croissant was flakey and full of flavor, and the coffee was like dessert (but not too sweet) I look forward to returning and trying many other items on the menu!“

Our server, Leah, greeted us, and we ordered beverages and an appetizer. I knew what I wanted right away, while my daughter took a bit longer and chose the lasagna. When the food arrived, the generous portions impressed us. Both of our meals were delicious. I mentioned to the server that it was my daughter's birthday. The head chef also checked in to see if everything was good. Bruce, who was fantastic, surprised my daughter with a big slice of chocolate cake and sang Happy Birthday with the crew. Great job! We will be back again.“

“We had a GREAT day at beach in St. Pete!🌞🌞🌞 Needless to say it was piping hot and as storms rolled in and prepared to display a lightening show, it seemed logical to grab yummy and refreshing treats. Everyone enjoyed their choices. I had a root beer float, PERFECT, and happy to report A & W root beer, even though it states Barq's RB online, so nice surprise. Cost aeemed reasonable. I would recommend Twistee Treat if your seeking some swlf indulgence.💗😋“

“Food is great but quality of service for takeout/delivery is a no starter. In March of this year and again last night at the St. Petersburg location food items are omitted without customer's knowledge, yet full price has been paid for a partial meal. Of course, when you call you get the standard "we can't give a refund cuz it was delivered by a 3rd party". Even though the bag was sealed by Outback and the attached receipt falsely listed all items ordered were enclosed. No phone or contact with customer was made to give a substitution offer. A complete pass poor customer service because they do not have to face you dining in. I think I will switch back to Carraba's across the street. Have NEVER had a problem with their takeout/deliveries. James“

When we paid the bill, the waiter mixed up the credit cards with the couple in the next booth. He gave each of us the other's credit card. We asked the waiter for a box, and he too so long we asked a passing waitress for one and she got it immediately.“
